Anassa Suite is located in Lefkada, the largest and main town of Lefkada island, serving as its administrative and cultural center. It is dominated by a large marina with numerous anchored sailboats, yachts, ships, and boats, along which stretches a long promenade filled with taverns, cafes, and seafood restaurants. This accommodation is 3.6km away from Agios Ioannis Beach.
The studio is designed to accommodate up to four adults, structured as a maisonette on two levels. On the lower level, which is at the level of the first floor, there is a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen, while on the upper level, in the attic, within an open gallery, there is a sleeping area and a bathroom. In the sleeping area, within the open gallery, there is a double bed, while in the living room, there is a sofa for two people.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has independent cooling units in the living room and gallery, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV in both the living room and the gallery, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
You can enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings on the furnished balcony.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
