Description
Anassa Suite is located in Lefkas, the largest and main town of Lefkada, the administrative and cultural center of the island, dominated by a large marina with many anchored sailboats, yachts, ships, and boats, along which there is a long promenade full of taverns, cafes, and fish restaurants. This accommodation is 3.6km away from Agios Ioannis Beach.
The studio is designed for up to four adults and, in its structure, represents a two-level maisonette. On the lower level, which is on the first floor, there is a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen, while on the upper level, in the attic, within an open gallery, there is a sleeping area and a bathroom. In the sleeping area, on the open gallery, there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has an independent cooling unit in the living room and on the gallery, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, both in the living room and on the gallery, a safe, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove (four ceramic hobs), a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
You can enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings on the balcony furnished with a seating set.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
Private parking is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
