Gateway Studio is located in Lefkas, the largest and main town of Lefkada, the administrative and cultural center of the island, dominated by a large marina with many anchored sailboats, yachts, ships, and boats, along which stretches a long promenade full of taverns, cafes, and seafood restaurants. This accommodation is 3.6km away from Agios Ioannis Beach.
This studio, designed for a maximum of four adults, is structured as a maisonette on two levels. On the lower level, at the level of the first floor, it has a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the second level, in the attic, it has a toilet and an open gallery with sleeping space. The living room of this studio features a sofa for two people, while the open gallery includes a double bed.
A baby cot is available to guests upon request and included in the price.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has independent cooling units in the living room and on the gallery, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
