DUC Luxury Apartment is located in a peaceful place in Frini, a suburb of Lefkada, the largest and main city of the island of Lefkada, dominated by a large marina with plenty of anchored sailboats, yachts, ships, and boats, along which there is a long promenade full of taverns, cafes, and seafood restaurants. This accommodation is 1km away from Agios Ioannis beach.
The apartment, situated on the high ground floor, is designed for a maximum of five adults and one child, consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people. An additional bed for one child can be provided in the living room upon request.
Upon request and included in the price, guests have access to a baby cot.
This air-conditioned accommodation, equipped with independent air conditioning units in all rooms, offers guests free WiFi, TV in all rooms, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner ceramic hob and large oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
