DUC Luxury Apartment is located in a peaceful place in Frini, a suburb of Lefkada, the largest and main city of the island of Lefkada, dominated by a large marina with plenty of anchored sailboats, yachts, ships, and boats, along which there is a long promenade full of taverns, cafes, and seafood restaurants. This accommodation is 1km away from Agios Ioannis beach.
The apartment, situated on the high ground floor, is designed for a maximum of five adults and one child, consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people. An additional bed for one child can be provided in the living room upon request.
Upon request and included in the price, guests have access to a baby cot.
This air-conditioned accommodation, equipped with independent air conditioning units in all rooms, offers guests free WiFi, TV in all rooms, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner ceramic hob and large oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
Guests can enjoy a furnished balcony for pleasant mornings and evenings.
Small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation for an additional fee of €15 per reservation.
Cleaning of the units is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Our impression of this accommodation was overshadowed by a misunderstanding with the agency/accommodation, because the accommodation did not match what was advertised on the website. Neither the agency nor the owners lifted a finger to somehow resolve the situation; instead, they told us that they were sorry. Well, I am sorry too that I trusted Nikana and recommended it to everyone as an excellent choice for booking accommodation. ---- As for the accommodation itself, it is roughly what can be obtained for that money in that location, plus or minus. The parking under the house is a great thing, only the entrance is a bit awkward, so it may be problematic for owners of larger vehicles or beginner drivers. One large terrace for sitting, plus one small one for drying clothes, are a big plus. The surroundings are quite peaceful, although one side of the building faces a street that is not busy. The building itself is in good condition, the bathroom is decent and spacious, it has a bathtub with a shower and a washing machine that works. The accommodation is really well equipped in terms of furniture; however, everything is, how should I put it, a bit worn and not really new. One of the fold-out beds for sleeping 2 people is very poor; 2 children could sleep there, not because of the size, but because it is uncomfortable. The kitchen is excellent, the fridge and freezer are large and of a newer generation, as is the stove with an oven, and there is a lot of small kitchen appliances, also newer and in good condition, literally more than most people have in their apartments; I could not list what is missing. The glass dining table and chairs are pointless in terms of functionality. There are 2 modern air conditioners, although one would have been enough for the whole space in the hottest part of August. The city beach is a few minutes away by car, and the center is 5-10 minutes away, depending on traffic congestion.

As a family with three children, it made our stay much easier that we found a bottle of cold water in the accommodation. There was also a full basket of welcome gifts (wine, wafers, a jar of honey, biscuits, olive oil). The accommodation also has a functional washing machine, detergent, and fabric softener. In the kitchen there were also spices, homemade coffee, and coffee machine capsules. The bed linen was changed every 5 days, as we stayed in the accommodation for 15 days. There are two terraces: the smaller one is sunny all day, so laundry dries quickly, and the larger one is in the shade and is pleasant for drinking morning coffee. As far as we as a family are concerned, we warmly recommend this accommodation.
