Our description
Villa Aris is located about 100m from the center of Ligia, about 80m from the sea and marina and 100m from the city beach with natural shade. It offers a very nice landscaped courtyard with shared barbecue, private parking and Wi-Fi throughout.
The nearest bakery and shop are 120m away.
It has apartments with one separate bedroom for 3-4 persons, about 30m2 in size, with a double bed and one large sofa bed with a standard size mattress; and maisonettes on two levels for up to 5 people, with an area of about 35m2, with 4 single beds and one sofa bed.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, television, fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, fridge with chamber, electric kettle), bathroom and terrace.
Bed linen and towels are changed every third day, while cleaning is done daily.
You can reach the villa by entering Lygia and driving until you come to the Makis Tavern, that is on the left side. 30m after the tavern you turn right uphill into a small street and after 40m you come to the villa, that is on the right side.
Aris Vila is an ideal accommodation for all travelers who want good accommodation near the beach and the center. The villa is located on a rock above Ligia and most apartments have sea views.

Owners description
Aris Villas complex is a family business in one of the most beautiful islands in Greece, Lefkada. This island is an ideal place for holiday as it is joined with the rest of Greece by a permanent bridge. It ideally combines mountain as well as sea with beaches that will leave you speechless such as Porto Katsiki and Kathisma. Furthermore, the access to the nearby small islands such as Scorpios of Onassis is easy through maritime boats. Choose our complex for your holiday and we will make sure that your staying with us will be memorable.
Aris Villas is located within a land of three acres full of olive trees. We have to do with one group of four buildings that have gorgeous Ionian Sea view. They are situated 80 meters away from the nearest beach. Moreover, they obtain wonderful surrounding gardens and a useful parking. The resort includes eight individual apartments and four maisonettes. All the above have television, air-conditioning, bathroom, kitchen, balconies whereas in the outside scenery marble prevails and the gardens are covered by pergolas which provide shade for the hot summer days... Cleaning is daily done, sheets and towels are changed every three days. All our apartments have a central gas line as well as autonomous gas heating.
Maisonettes. From the overall twelve apartments, four are maisonettes suitable for two to five persons. They are on the first floor of each building. They have a bedroom with two attached single beds and a beautiful attic with two extra beds. This type of apartment provides a separate kitchen-living room operating with gas where there is a double sofa bed and a bathroom operating with gas, a hair dryer, a safe deposit box, a satellite TV in the bedroom and air-conditioning, television in the kitchen, fridge, an oven and a microwave, air-conditioning in the attic and a closet as well as a big veranda of 45m2 with extraordinary sea view. For each individual apartment, there are free places to leave your car or boat.The attic is low and serves children up to 15 years.
The apartments. The family apartments can accommodate 2-4 persons. Each apartment is comprised of a separate bedroom with two single beds which can turn into a double bed if attached, a separate kitchen - living room with a double or two single sofa beds if there are two children involved, a bathroom with gas for hot water and in the kitchen as well, a hair dryer, a safe deposit box, satellite TV in the bedroom, air-conditioning in all its areas (bedroom and kitchen), television in the kitchen, fridge, an oven and a big veranda with a beautiful sea view. For each apartment, there are available parking places for cars and boat trailers. The kitchen area is only for children.
The resort Aris Villas is built within an olive tree land of 3 acres, part of which is covered with a bunch of plants, rose trees and vineyard trees. It is the perfect refuge for those wishing to relax in the morning or enjoy their coffee either in the morning or the afternoon.
Aris Villas distinguishes for its spacious balconies with a spectacular Ionian Sea view and to the Aitoloakarnanian coasts, magnificent gardens and parking facilities.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
