Description
The Ilianthos Apartments and Rooms is located just 20m away from the fantastic Mikros Gialos beach. This establishment was built in 2010 and is elegantly furnished with new furniture and appliances. It offers studios and apartments that can accommodate up to four people. Guests have access to wireless internet, private parking, and a shared barbecue area.
The villa has 9 accommodation units situated on the ground floor and first floor, offering guests a partial view of the sea or the courtyard.
There are four five-bed apartments - maisonettes (approximately 46m2), with a French bed, two single beds, and a sofa, as well as five three-bed studios (28m2) with a French and a single bed.
All units feature central air conditioning for the entire space, a television (studios have one, while apartments have 3 LCD TVs), a bathroom with toiletries and a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a kitchen (stove with two burners or four ceramic hobs, small fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle), safe box, and a terrace. Wireless internet is available in all rooms.
One of the studios is fully adapted for persons with disabilities (wider doors, ramps, and a larger bathroom).
Daily cleaning is provided, while towels and bed linen are changed every third night.
Private parking is also available.
Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach come at an additional cost. There is a shared barbecue area in the villa's courtyard.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
