Our description

Ilianthos Apartments and Rooms are located 20m from the fantastic Mikros Gialos Beach. The property was built in 2010 and is very well maintained, with new furniture and appliances. It has studios and apartments that can accommodate up to 4 people. Guests have access to wireless internet, private parking and a shared barbecue.

The villa has 9 accommodation units:

- 4 five-bed apartments - maisonettes, double bed, two single beds and canapes, about 46m2 in size,
- 5 triple studios, double and single bed, about 28m2.

All accommodation units have central multi-zone air conditioning for the entire unit, TV (studios have one, apartments have 3 LCD TVs), bathroom with cosmetics and hair dryer, mosquito nets, filter coffee maker, cooker, kitchen (two-ring hob and small fridge with chamber ), safe and terrace. Wireless internet is available in all rooms.

One of the studios is fully adapted for disabled people (wider doors, ramps and larger bathrooms).

Housekeeping is provided daily, with towels and linens changed after every third night.

Deck chairs and beach umbrellas are extra charged.

There is also a shared barbecue in the courtyard of the villa.

It has its own parking lot.

Owners description

Welcome to Lefkas, the jewel of the Ionian Sea. Next to a bay of unique natural beauty with crystal clear water, white pebbles and thick vegetation, there lies Ilianthos, a newly-built cluster of buildings on the edge of a mountain side with 4-key specifications. It is situated 30 km from the town of Lefkas and an ideal base for discovering the innumerable beauties of our island. A labour of love and good taste, Ilianthos is a family enterprise with the characteristic of politeness, cleanness and above all respect to our guests and the environment.

Our ground floor rooms can accommodate 2-3 persons. They have a patio with immediate access to the garden and a beautiful sea view. There is a double-bed, a studio-couch, fully equipped kitchen (hot plates, microwave oven, electric gadgets) and a shower bath in each one. All rooms have central (ducted) air-conditioning, a 32" LCD Samsung TV set, thick (double) window panes with mosquito window screens, an electric iron and a hair-dryer.

Each apartment can accommodate 2-5 persons. There is a separate bedroom with a double-bed, a sitting-room with a studio couch, a fully equipped kitchen (cooker, electric gadgets) and a shower bath. An interion staircase leads to a second bedroom upstairs (attic) with twin beds and another shower bath. All apartments have central (ducted) air-conditioning with zone control, 3 LCD Samsung TV sets (two 32" and one 22"), thick (double) window panes with mosquito window screens, an electric iron and a hair-dryer. A sunny balcony with a sea view in the front of each apartment and a porch with a mountain view at the entrance can offer you relaxing and pleasant moments.
