Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Gardenia Studios is the accommodation near the center of Nidri, about 70m from the beach. Offers studios for 2-3 people and one-bedroom apartments for 4 people. Guest can use private parking and internet. This accommodation has good price to quality ratio.
The closest store and bakery are at only 50m, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
The accommodation consists of 10 units in total- two apartments and eight studios. Two double studios have one double bed and two have two single beds (23m2). Four triple studios (23-26m2) have one double and a single bed, Two quadruple apartments (44m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and sofa with double mattress in the kitchen. Apartments have two air conditioners and two terraces.
The studios and apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, wireless internet, terrace, mosquito nets, equipped kitchen (hot plate with two rings and fridge with a freezer) and renovated bathroom (2017).
Cleaning is performed every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.
The reception is open during the day and it's available for information, car rental service, to call a doctor and similar needs tourists may have.
Small private parking is also available.
After entering Nidri, cross the bridge and turn to the second alley left. Gardenia Studios is on the left side after turning.
