Our description
Gardenia Studios is the accommodation near the center of Nidri, about 70m from the beach. Offers studios for 2-3 people and one-bedroom apartments for 4 people. Guest can use private parking and internet. This accommodation has good price to quality ratio.
The closest store and bakery are at only 50m, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
The accommodation consists of 10 units in total- two apartments and eight studios. Two double studios have one double bed and two have two single beds (23m2). Four triple studios (23-26m2) have one double and a single bed, Two quadruple apartments (44m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and sofa with double mattress in the kitchen. Apartments have two air conditioners and two terraces.
The studios and apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, wireless internet, terrace, mosquito nets, equipped kitchen (hot plate with two rings and fridge with a freezer) and renovated bathroom (2017).
Cleaning is performed every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.
The reception is open during the day and it's available for information, car rental service, to call a doctor and similar needs tourists may have.
Small private parking is also available.
After entering Nidri, cross the bridge and turn to the second alley left. Gardenia Studios is on the left side after turning.

Gardenia Studios is the accommodation in Nidri, the biggest and most organized tourist centre on Lefkada island. The studios are located in one of the most beautiful areas, 50m from the sea and offer the best holiday and quiet evenings in the high season, yet easy and fast access to anything you might need.
The house is surrounded by a private garden (2000m2) and includes private parking.
The studios can host 2-4 guests and have a TV, A/C, balcony, hairdryer, WiFi internet, bathroom with shower, table and chairs, parking, fully equipped kitchen with electric hobs, refrigerator, espresso machine, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery and glasses. Bedrooms include one with double i.e. two single beds.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj je udoban, komforan, cist, vlasnici jako fini, ljubazni. Lokacijski dobro smesten, sve je jako blizu, na dva minuta.. Sve pohvale, i topla preporuka 😊🌴
