Hotel Description

Mar Mar Villas is located on Lefkada island, in the beautiful area of Nidri on the hilltop of Dessimi, 160m from the sea. It is 3km from Nidri and 35km from the airport at Aktion. The beach of Dessimi is 880m away by car. It is a pleasant route, while part of the road is unpaved, covered by the shade of perennial trees.

To the North, you can see one of the best and most magical views of the Mediterranean, comprising the cosmopolitan Nidri and the fishing village of Vlichos. At the foot of the hill, right beneath you, you will see the uniquely beautiful beach of Desimi, with its emerald green bay.

In front of you, you can see the marvelous island of Scorpios, which once belonged to the ship-owner Onassis. To the East, you will find the islands of Meganissi, Kalamos and Thilia, and beyond that you can discern Mytikas, Paleros and the island Arkoudi.

Mar Mar Villas (in operation from May 2010) are made up of two newly-built traditional stone villas, with independent swimming pools of 50m2. They are built in an olive grove of 7½ acres and right next to it there is a forest of 1500 hectares where you can enjoy marvelous walks.

Each villa is with sea view, made up of 3 floors, has 250m2, which are accessed by an inner staircase, and can accommodate 6 - 10 people.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
