Our description
Villa Gardenia is located outside Nidri, about 600m from the sea and about 900m from the town beach in Nidri. It was built on a 2ha plot surrounded by greenery. In addition to the sandy beach nearby, and the peaceful surroundings, the villa offers guests private parking, a barbecue and wireless internet.
The nearest bakery and grocery store are about 200 meters away, while the center is 300m away.
In an idyllic setting of 80m2, it can accommodate up to six people.
It has two bedrooms.
The first one has one double bed and the second one has two single beds as well as one sofa.
There are two more sofas in the living room.
The living room also has a fireplace, plasma TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (oven with flat plate, large refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, complete dishes), as well as air conditioning; the dining table for six is next to the kitchen.
The villa also has two bathrooms, as well as a fenced terrace of 50m2, which extends around the entire building.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days and pets are not allowed.
Baby cot is available on request
Gardenia Villa is the perfect choice for those who want a quality vacation, in a convenient location, yet close to the sea and the events that the city center offers.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
