Ionion Studios is the accommodation 200m from Nidri and the beach, located in a quiet and green environment with a view of Nidri, the sea and the beautiful small islands.
Nydri is a city on the east coast of Lefkada island and the most popular tourist resort. Surrounded by a large green area with trees and lush vegetation, it's a great choice for a holiday full of fun, especially for families.
The maisonette (90m2) is a duplex apartment. On the first floor, there is a big kitchen with stairs leading to bedrooms. As you pass the kitchen, there's a bathroom and a living room with a fireplace. From the living room, you access the balcony with a nice view where you can have delicious and romantic dinner. On the second floor, there are one more bathroom and two bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own balconies with a magnificent view of sea and mountain.
All apartments (45m2) are on the ground floor, each has one bedroom. There are two types of apartments depending on how many people are staying (2-3). As you enter the apartment, there is a living room connected with a fully equipped kitchen. Going right form the entering door you pass the bathroom and enter a spacious bedroom with its own balcony overlooking the pool. This is ideal for children and parents as you can watch them all time playing by the pool.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Hello, We are a group of 4 families and we are interested by a quotation for period between 1-15 August for 9 nights. We are 2 families with 2 adults, 1 family with a kid of 16 years ( need a triple room), and 1 family with a kid of 18 years ( need an apartment with 2 bedrooms).
