Description
Ethereal Villas, Nidri is located 200m from Nidri and 700m from the beach, in a peaceful and verdant environment with views of Nidri, the sea, and the beautiful small islands.
The duplex apartment, Mezoneta (90m2), is situated on two levels. On the first floor, there is a spacious kitchen with stairs leading to the bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room with a fireplace. From the living room, you can access a balcony with a lovely view where you can enjoy a romantic evening. On the second floor, there is another bathroom and two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony with magnificent views of the sea and mountains.
All apartments (45m2) are located on the ground floor and each has one bedroom. There are two types of apartments, depending on the number of guests (from two to three people). Upon entering the apartment, you will find a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen. To the right of the entrance door, there is a bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a balcony overlooking the pool. This is ideal for parents with children, as they can watch them play by the pool.
All units are equipped with air conditioning, WiFi internet, TV, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, a baby cot, and a terrace.
Cleaning is done daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
The property has a private parking area with a limited number of spaces.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Hello, We are a group of 4 families and we are interested by a quotation for period between 1-15 August for 9 nights. We are 2 families with 2 adults, 1 family with a kid of 16 years ( need a triple room), and 1 family with a kid of 18 years ( need an apartment with 2 bedrooms).
