Owners description
Dimosthenis Apartments is the accommodation next to the sea in Perigiali, in a quiet environment. Perigiali is a scenic place that combines mountain and the sea and charms the visitor from the very first moment. It's located 1km from Nydri, the most cosmopolitan area of Lefkada.
Our studios (30m2) and apartments (40m2) are comfortable, spacious and fully renovated. They're air-conditioned and have access to a large garden. Each accommodation unit has a small kitchen with a hotplate, dining table and a kettle, telephone, TV, free WiFi internet and a private balcony with a garden or sea view. Room service is responsible for servicing and cleaning the space daily. Free parking space is also available.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
