Overnight stay tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Our accommodation (50m2) is fully equipped to meet the comfort during your your stay. It's located just 200m from the center of Nidri which gives you a peace of mind during your stay and at the same time flexibility in your movement for any purchase or even for the beaches that Nidri offers. The apartment consists of a comfortable double bedroom, an open plan living room with a kitchen, spacious bathroom and a balcony with a magnificent view of the mountain and the garden. It's fully equipped with all the electrical appliencies (kitchen, refrigerator, two A/C units and WiFi internet) and provides you with absolute peace and contact with nature. In addition, it provides towels, bed linen, dishes and private parking.
