Our description
Capital Lux is one of the most sought-after accommodations in Nidri. It offers guests modernly designed units with a balcony, private parking for all guests, a pool with sun loungers, and free internet.
The property was built in 2023 and is located 200 meters from the beach.
There are a total of 22 accommodation units available, including 11 maisonettes, two triple studios, and nine double studios. They are situated on the ground floor and the first floor.
Double studios can have either a Double bed or two single beds. Six studios have one French bed each, while the remaining three have two single beds each.
Triple studios have one Double bed and one single bed.
Quadruple studios are located on the ground floor and have a double and two single beds.
Maisonettes are two-level studios that can accommodate up to 4 people, making them ideal for families. They feature a double bed on the gallery and a sofa bed on the ground floor.
All units have a fully equipped mini kitchen, a bathroom with a shower curtain, air conditioning, and a TV set.

Owners description
Capital Lux situated in Nidri, the most popular tourist spot on the Island of Lefkada just 60m away from the city beach.
The complex compromises of three buildings with a capacity of 22 rooms. Guests are allowed to choose between two-bedded, three-bedded rooms, also maisonettes are available which are family-based lodgings. Each accommodation is air conditioned (A/C usage is charged extra) with its own bathroom and fully equipped kitchen where guests can prepare their meals (dining rooms and refrigerators). Each accommodation also comes with an internet connection, free wi-fi, and a cable network.
Every room has a spacious terrace fully modernized with a comfortable seating area adjacent to a view of the pool. The central complex has an open pool, open for all guests at any time. Next to the pool is a bar where guests can order their drinks and make their stay even more comfortable. All guests of the hotel are entitled to free parking.
Hotel Lux has also thought about their youngest visitors, with them in mind, an well-equipped playground with swings, slides, trampolines, balls, and pushers and other props for fun and play are avaivable. The location of hotel Capital Lux makes it an ideal venue for all age groups.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
