Description
Capital Lux is one of the most sought-after accommodations in Nidri. It offers guests modernly designed units with a balcony and views of the pool, private parking for all guests, a pool with sun loungers, and free internet access.
The property was built in 2023 and is located 200 meters from the beach, right in the center of the village.
There are a total of 22 accommodation units available, including 11 maisonettes, two triple studios, and nine double studios. They are distributed on the ground floor and the first floor.
The double studios (16m2) can have a double bed or two single beds. Six studios have one double bed each, while the remaining three have two single beds each. The triple studios (18m2) have one double and one single bed, while the quadruple studios (22m2) are located on the ground floor and have one double and two single beds.
Maisonettes (25m2) are studios on two levels that can accommodate up to 4 people, making them ideal for families. They feature a double bed on the gallery level and a sofa bed on the ground floor.
All units have a fully equipped mini kitchen, a bathroom with a shower curtain, air conditioning, TV, and a terrace overlooking the pool. Additionally, guests have access to private parking.
Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done halfway through the stay.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 35 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sziasztok. Idén Lefkadán nyaralrunk,Nidrin. Az apartmanunk a Capital Lux Hotelban volt. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudjuk,a szobák szépek és tiszták. A tulaj nagyon kedves és segitőkész a nap 24 òrájában. A törölközöket és az ágynemüt rendszeresen cserelik. A tengerpart 100M van, de a hotel udvarán medence is található,ami nagyon szép és karban van tartva. A medence körül nyugágyak és napernyök helyezkednek el. Mi nagyon elégedetek voltunk,és máskor is nagyon szivessen viszatérnénk a Capital Lux Hotelba.

Najbolji smeštaj u Nidriju! Dovoljno daleko od bučnog centra, ali i blizu gradske plaže. Higijena u sobama se održava na najvišem nivou. U cenu je uključeno i korišćenje peškira. Topla voda je ovde standard preko celog dana. Bazen perfektan - voda može da se pije kolko je čista. I još nešto da dodam - Apartmani u hotelu Capital lux otvaraju apetit opasno!!!
