Stone And Sea Villas is located near the liveliest and most popular place on the east coast of the island of Lefkada, Nidri, a resort that is a good choice for those who want to vacation in a place without wind and waves, but also with the largest number of tourist facilities: numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants, souvenir shops, fast food outlets, and a long promenade along the sea and coast, as well as plenty of entertainment for both adults and children. This accommodation is only 450m from the sea and a small harbor, while it is 2.4km from the nearest beach and the center of Nidri.
The apartments, designed to accommodate up to five adults, are maisonettes on two levels. On the lower level, the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, while on the upper level, in the attic, there is another bedroom and bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds joined together, and the living room has a sofa for one person.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has an independent cooling unit in the living room and each bedroom, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV in the living room and each bedroom, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the yard and pool on the furnished veranda.
In the beautifully landscaped and maintained yard with stone paths, you can cool off in the pool, relax on the sunbeds by the pool, or enjoy your favorite drinks on one of the seating sets in the yard.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
Parking is provided for guests on the private parking lot in front of the building.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
