Description
Lefkothea Apartments is an accommodation in the center of Nikiana, just 30m from the sandy-pebbly beach. There's a reception desk on the ground floor available 24/7, parking and a certain number of deck chairs and umbrellas on the beach available to guests. It was built in 2013 and it's one of the best accommodations in Nikiana.
Eight quadruple studios (40m2) for 2-4 people are in offer, very modern and tastefully decorated, with new furniture and home appliances. The studios have one double, a single and a sofa bed.
They're air-conditioned, have a TV, wireless internet, large kitchen (large fridge with freezer, stove with oven, aspirator and electric kettle), bathroom with hairdryer and shower, mosquito nets and a terrace. Baby cot is available with a mandatory booking inquiry.
Cleaning is done after every 3 days, together with bed linen/towels replacement.
Pets are welcome within the required booking request.
Enter Nikiana and pass by the marina, then after 200m, before the supermarket Arista, turn left and 50m later you will see the accommodation on the right-hand side.
Lefkothea Apartments is one of the best accommodations in Lefkada due to its position and top quality. It's recommended to couples and families who can afford a slightly higher price.
The nearest shop and bakery are 50m away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
