Accommodation description

Vicky Apartments are located in downtown Nikiana, not far from a small beach. Guests have at their disposal a nicely landscaped courtyard with seating and dining sets, a pool with deck chairs and parasols, wireless internet. Pets are allowed on request.

The property is 200m from the marina and about 250m from the town beach. It is about 150m away from the small beach (behind Market Arista).

Vicky apartments has the following units:

rooms (without kitchen) for up to two persons, about 18m2 in size, with a double bed or two single beds,
triple studios, approximately 30m2 in size, which have a double bed or two single beds and a sofa bed,
duplex apartments, with two separate bedrooms, designed for 2-4 persons, measuring about 40m2, have a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other bedroom.

The studios and apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (double hob or stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), while the rooms have only a refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and basic utensils.

All accommodation units in the villa have air conditioning, television, safe box, mosquito nets, anatomical mattresses on the beds, bathroom with hairdryer and a terrace overlooking the sea or the yard.

Bed linen and towels are changed every third day while cleaning is done daily.

Vicky Apartments is an ideal choice for families and all travelers who want great accommodation with a pool, close to the beach.

The nearest bakery and shop are 50m away.

The pull-out bed is not a suitable option for an adult. The air conditioning unit had not been cleaned or recharged with freon. The bar in the courtyard was not operational, despite the description stating that it could be used.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
