Our description
Andreas Rooms is located 60m from the beach and about 300m from the city center. Facilities include a café with breakfast room, as well a as wireless internet.
They offer rooms (15-19m2) for 2-4 people, with one double bed and an armchair or two bunk beds, as well as triple studios (20m2) with one double, two bunk beds and fully equipped kitchen with a hot plate with two rings and a small fridge with freezer. There are also four-bed apartments (25m2) with one separate bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen area with two bunk beds.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, mosquito nets and a terrace.
Cleaning is done after two days, while bed linen and towels are replaced after three days.
Pets are allowed with a mandatory booking request.
Private parking is not available, but in the vicinity you can find a parking place, even in the high season. Although they do not have a reception desk, owners live in a villa and are available for all information and possible assistance.
After entering Nikiana, drive through the city center and 300m later you'll see Andreas Rooms on your right-hand side.
Andreas Rooms is an ideal choice for young people and couples who use an accommodation as a base for visiting the island. It's located next to the main road and on weekends can be noisier due to more intense traffic. The nearest grocery store and bakery are at 50m.

Owners description
We are a family business operating for the last 10 years, trying to steadily upgrade our services. We are well situated just 9km away from Lefkas town and 7km from Nydri, at the lively and tourist village of Nikiana. You can find us on the main road, just 12m from a sandy beach. The village has a wide variety of shops for eating, drinking and shopping.
All our rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, refrigerator, TV, balcony (some with a sea view) and a WC with shower. WiFi internet is also included. Some rooms have their own kitchenette services, while on the ground floor there are two communal kitchenettes that can be used by all customers. Cleaning services are provided every 2-3 days, as well as a provision of clean sheets and towels. We also operate our own cafe-bar, which serves breakfast, drinks, ice cream, coffee, snacks etc.

For reservations made after 27.11.2023 before 01.07.2024, for period from 01.09.2024 to 30.09.2024, discount of 30 % of total reservation is allowed.

For reservations made after 27.11.2023 before 01.05.2024, for period from 01.06.2024 to 15.07.2024, discount of 25 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
