Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.

Description

Andreas Rooms is situated in the village of Nikiana, in an excellent location, only 60m from the beach and around 300m from the town center. Guests have at their disposal a cafe with a breakfast area, and pets are allowed with prior arrangement.

The nearest shop and bakery are located just 50m from the property.

The accommodation comprises a total of 13 units spread across the ground floor, first, and second floors, some of which offer sea views.

Available are rooms for two to four persons (11-16m²) with one double bed and a sofa bed or bunk beds. There is also a quadruple apartment (23m²) with a separate bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen area with bunk beds.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, mosquito nets, and a terrace. The studio and apartment feature a fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove, a small oven, and a fridge with a freezer, while guests staying in the rooms have access to a shared kitchen.

Daily cleaning is provided, while bed linen and towels are changed every two days.

The property does not have private parking, but free parking spots can always be found nearby, even during peak times.

Thanks to its location and pleasant atmosphere, Andreas Rooms is an excellent choice for couples and younger travelers seeking comfortable accommodation as a starting point for exploring the island. It is located next to the main road, so it may be a bit noisy during weekends due to increased traffic.

The accommodation is located right next to the main road, as can be seen in the photographs. We thought that the noise wouldn't bother us, but we were mistaken. We almost always found a parking spot since parking is allowed along the road. In the accommodation, we had two joined beds, which were not suitable for us. The bathroom is tiny in every respect. The shower cabin is literally 40x60, and the sink is the size of a medium pot, above which there is a glass shelf, so using it requires a bit of skill. Regarding hygiene, that aspect was fine; it was regularly cleaned, and the bedding and towels were changed. The person we contacted (Panos) upon arrival was pleasant and will assist you with anything he can.

In a word, extraordinary. Accommodation right by the shore, comfortable for a family of four and more than sufficient! Morning coffee with a view of the sea and sailboats, a paradise for the soul and the eyes! The hygiene is more than perfect, with clean linens and towels after the third day! As for evening strolls, the towns of Lefkas and Nidri are very close by and should definitely be visited if you are in Nikiana. A splendid location, everything is just a few steps away. The hosts are courteous and speak English, making communication easy. The cleanliness is of a high standard. Towels and bed linens are changed every two days.

The location of the accommodation is excellent, with public parking always available right in front. It is very tidy and clean, the host is friendly, and the view from the terrace overlooking the sea enhances the morning coffee experience. The bed linens are changed every other or third day, and the accommodation is cleaned literally every day. There is a small beach just a few steps away from the accommodation. Truly, all praises.

The accommodation boasts a perfect location, with only the main road separating it from the beach, allowing for immediate access. Our lodging was cleaned every day or every other day. The staff responsible for the cleaning were exceptionally courteous and kind. We never had the chance to take out the trash, as everything was already cleaned and organized by the time we returned from the beach. We had never experienced an apartment being cleaned daily, which truly delighted us. The landlord was available every day and was there whenever we needed assistance, being very pleasant. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely arranged. A minor issue was the kitchen, which was rather cramped, but we managed, and everything turned out well afterward. Additionally, there was a lack of sunlight in the accommodation due to the location of our apartment, but it wasn't a significant problem since we spent most of our time at the beach. Thank you, Nikana, for everything!

My opinion is that the accommodation and all the items within it are quite outdated, and no investments have been made in the last few years. To avoid any misunderstanding, it is clean and well-maintained, but honestly, it is truly ripe for a good renovation!

The hygiene is at a high level, and the bedding is changed every two days. The beach is very close, literally just across the street. The only drawback is the shared kitchen, which is not very well equipped, while the rooms have a large refrigerator, a hot plate, and basic utensils.

The rooms are small and older, yet very clean. The bed linens and towels are changed every two days, and the hosts are exceptionally friendly and cheerful, striving to assist and resolve any requests to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

In an excellent location, the street leads directly to the beach. The accommodation is older, a double room on the upper floor without a kitchenette, but with a refrigerator. There is a view of the courtyard and the villa next door. The room receives very little natural light, and the internet connection is extremely poor. Hygiene is at a good level, with bed linens and towels changed up to four times during a ten-day stay. The toilet door did not close, but the owner resolved it without us having to complain. The owners are fair and friendly.

Situated halfway between the two largest towns on Lefkada - Lefkasa and Nidri, making both towns easily accessible. It is a reasonable distance from all the main beaches of Lefkada, with the main beach in Nikiana directly across from the accommodation.

Do not waste your time and money; they truly do not deserve it. The rooms are tiny, the furniture is old, the bathrooms are minuscule, the doors lack handles, there are holes in the doors, the parking is nonexistent, the internet is terrible, and the main road next to the house has heavy traffic 24 hours a day. The beach across the street is not a beach but rather the garden of a café. The only redeeming feature is the view from the terrace, but that is all. The owners are irresponsible!!!!! Caution!
