Andreas Rooms is situated in the village of Nikiana, in an excellent location, only 60m from the beach and around 300m from the town center. Guests have at their disposal a cafe with a breakfast area, and pets are allowed with prior arrangement.

The nearest shop and bakery are located just 50m from the property.

The accommodation comprises a total of 13 units spread across the ground floor, first, and second floors, some of which offer sea views.

Available are rooms for two to four persons (11-16m²) with one double bed and a sofa bed or bunk beds. There is also a quadruple apartment (23m²) with a separate bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen area with bunk beds.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, mosquito nets, and a terrace. The studio and apartment feature a fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove, a small oven, and a fridge with a freezer, while guests staying in the rooms have access to a shared kitchen.

Daily cleaning is provided, while bed linen and towels are changed every two days.

The property does not have private parking, but free parking spots can always be found nearby, even during peak times.

Thanks to its location and pleasant atmosphere, Andreas Rooms is an excellent choice for couples and younger travelers seeking comfortable accommodation as a starting point for exploring the island. It is located next to the main road, so it may be a bit noisy during weekends due to increased traffic.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
