For reservations made after 21.11.2024 before 01.08.2025, for period from 01.09.2025 to 30.09.2025, discount of 25 % of total reservation is allowed.

Overnight stay tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Andreas Rooms is located 60m from the beach and about 300m from the city center. Facilities include a café with breakfast room, as well a as wireless internet.
They offer rooms (15-19m2) for two to four people, with one double bed and an armchair or two bunk beds, as well as triple studios (20m2) with one double, two bunk beds and fully equipped kitchen with a hot plate with two rings and a small fridge with freezer. There are also four-bed apartments (25m2) with one separate bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen area with two bunk beds.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, mosquito nets and a terrace.
Cleaning is done after two days, while bed linen and towels are replaced after three days.
Pets are allowed with a mandatory booking request.
Private parking is not available, but in the vicinity you can find a parking place, even in the high season. Although they do not have a reception desk, owners live in a villa and are available for all information and possible assistance.
After entering Nikiana, drive through the city center and 300m later you'll see Andreas Rooms on your right-hand side.
Andreas Rooms is an ideal choice for young people and couples who use an accommodation as a base for visiting the island. It's located next to the main road and on weekends can be noisier due to more intense traffic. The nearest grocery store and bakery are at 50m.
