Our description
Jimmy’s House is an exceptional accommodation in Nikiana, with its own parking and swimming pool, for 2-4 people. It’s renovated and regularly maintained. From a beautifully landscaped courtyard, as well as from most studios in the villa, there’s a beautiful view of the sea, which makes this accommodation unique in this area.
The nearest beach is about 300m away.
Six double studios have one double or two single beds. Four studios are triple, have one double and two single beds or three single beds. Two studios are for four people and have one double and two bunk beds.
All studios have a fully equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioning, a bathroom with a hairdryer, and a terrace or enclosed porch with a sitting set.
Cleaning of the studios is done every day, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is performed every third day.
In the yard, there are tables and chairs, so it’s ideal for hanging around, and you can also have a drink and look at the sea from the height. You can use parasols and deck chairs by the pool.
From the marina in Nikiana, take the road to Nidri. After 3,5km and Porto Galini Seaside Resort & Spa, make a right and 20m uphill until you reach Jimmy’s House.

The complex Jimmy’s House is located at the picturesque Nikiana region of Lefkada, only a few meters from the sea.
The complex offers all the comforts so the visitors can get to know beautiful Lefkada in the best possible way. Jimmy’s House offers rooms and studios with a spacious balcony with a sea view. There are totally 14 rooms with 37 beds, five are double and nine are triple.

Bookings
Prices and room types
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
