Booking and cancellation terms

A deposit of 30% of the total reservation price is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid on the first day of arrival at the accommodation. In case of cancellation 21 days or more before arrival, the money paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation at any time later, the money paid will not be refunded. In case of earlier departure from the accommodation, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.

Price note

Prices are per room per night for two adults on bed and breakfast basis (BB). Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

REMARK

The remaining balance should be paid not later than 20 days before arrival.
Minimum stay is 3-5 nights, depending on the period.
The first child aged 0-1,99 and 2-11,99 years in all accommodation units and the second child aged 0-1,99 years in Family Suite stay free of charge.

A tourist tax is 1,50e per room per night.
The third adult in Double Room, Garden View is charged 16,22e in the period from ⁹⁄₅-¹⁰⁄₆ and from 21-³⁰⁄₉, 21,63e from ¹¹⁄₆-¹⁰⁄₇ and from 6-²⁰⁄₉, 28,12e from 11-²⁴⁄₇ and from ²⁶⁄₈-⁵⁄₉, i.e. 33,53e per night in the period from ²⁵⁄₇-²⁵⁄₈.
The third adult in Double Promo Room is charged 13,70e in the period from ⁹⁄₅-¹⁰⁄₆ and from 21-³⁰⁄₉, 19,83e from ¹¹⁄₆-¹⁰⁄₇ and from 6-²⁰⁄₉, 23,07e from 11-²⁴⁄₇ and from ²⁶⁄₈-⁵⁄₉, i.e. 31,72e per night in the period from ²⁵⁄₇-²⁵⁄₈.
The third adult in Superior Room is charged 18,03e in the period from ⁹⁄₅-¹⁰⁄₆ and from 21-³⁰⁄₉, 23,43e from ¹¹⁄₆-¹⁰⁄₇ and from 6-²⁰⁄₉, 29,92e from 11-²⁴⁄₇ and from ²⁶⁄₈-⁵⁄₉, i.e. 35,33e per night in the period from ²⁵⁄₇-²⁵⁄₈.
The third and fourth adult in Family Suite is charged 25,24e in the period from ⁹⁄₅-¹⁰⁄₆ and from 21-³⁰⁄₉, 34,25e from ¹¹⁄₆-¹⁰⁄₇ and from 6-²⁰⁄₉, 42,54e from 11-²⁴⁄₇ and from ²⁶⁄₈-⁵⁄₉, i.e. 50,83e per person per night in the period from ²⁵⁄₇-²⁵⁄₈.
The second child aged 2-11,99 years in Family Suite is charged 18,03e in the period from ⁹⁄₅-¹⁰⁄₆ and from 21-³⁰⁄₉, 24,46e from ¹¹⁄₆-¹⁰⁄₇ and from 6-²⁰⁄₉, 30,39e from 11-²⁴⁄₇ and from ²⁶⁄₈-⁵⁄₉, i.e. 36,31e per night in the period from ²⁵⁄₇-²⁵⁄₈.
HB supplement for children aged from 2‐11,99 years is 8e, i.e. 15e for adults, per person per day.
