Nikolas Guest House is located in the eastern side of Lefkada island in a quiet location called Nikiana. Just 10 minutes from the capital of the Island, Lefkas and 5 minutes from the popular Nidri with the magic waterfalls. Nikolas Guest House is a newly built 120 sq.m. house with pool ideal for families and couples. It consists of 3 rooms each with its own bathroom, kitchen with equipment that can provide you breakfast lunch and dinner. Also has a living room with dining room to enjoy your meals overlooking the Ionian sea. The house has an amazing balcony that you can relax with the great view of the Ionian blue waters.
When entering the house, on the ground floor, you will find the spacious living room with the dining room. Exactly opposite, there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with wooden cupboards, a cooker, a fridge, a microwave, and a dishwasher that will serve all your needs during your stay. The windows in the kitchen allow the sun to enter the room shedding light all over.
The living room has a breathtaking view of the Ionian clear blue waters which you can enjoy even more by stepping out on the balcony where you will be overlooking the private pool ideal for families and couples. It is framed with a wooden fence and the comfortable sunbeds will offer many relaxing hours of sunbathing under the greek sun, getting a tan or reading a book.
During your stay you could also try the following activities: Hiking, Scuba diving, Boat trip – snorkeling, Sailboat trip, Paraglider, Massage.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
