Theodoros Apartments is located in a small fishing village on the eastern coast of the island of Lefkada, Nikiana, at the foot of Mount Skaros, a place that has all the amenities necessary for a peaceful family vacation, just 20m from the beach and 200m from the marina and promenade. This accommodation is an ideal choice for families and friends who want to relax in a tranquil environment and enjoy the beautiful sea view.

There are two accommodation units available that can accommodate up to four adults. The first apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a sofa for two. The second apartment is located on the second floor and consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms with double beds.

The air-conditioned apartments include a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

From the balcony, equipped with a seating set, there is a direct view of the sea. In the landscaped courtyard, with natural shade, guests have access to seating sets and sun loungers, making this place ideal for relaxation and unwinding.

In this accommodation, small pets are allowed upon request and within the price.

Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.

Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is always free parking available nearby, along the street.

Theodoros Apartments is located 9km from the main town of Lefkada, 7km from Nidri, and 29km from the nearest airport in Preveza.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
