SeaVista Nikiana Apartment is situated in a small fishing village on the eastern coast of the island of Lefkada, Nikiana, at the foot of Mount Skaros, a place that offers all the amenities necessary for a peaceful family vacation. This modernly equipped and spacious accommodation, with direct access to the beach, is an ideal choice for relaxation and enjoyment.
The apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed and a folding armchair, while the living room includes a sofa for one person.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot and a high chair are available.
The air-conditioned accommodation includes WiFi internet, a smart TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.
Guests are welcomed with a basket of fruits, snacks, juices, bottled water, and during their stay, cappuccino and traditional Greek coffee capsules are provided for complete enjoyment at any moment.
From the balcony, equipped with seating area, guests can enjoy a sea view. Sun loungers are available in the garden, and there is also a shower on the beach.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but parking is possible in the vicinity of the property.
Cleaning of the units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

- The deposit should be paid within 24h from the reservation..
- The minimum number of nights for a reservation in the period from 1⁄6 to 30⁄9 is six, in other periods it is four.
