SeaVista Nikiana Apartment is situated in a small fishing village on the eastern coast of the island of Lefkada, Nikiana, at the foot of Mount Skaros, a place that offers all the amenities necessary for a peaceful family vacation. This modernly equipped and spacious accommodation, with direct access to the beach, is an ideal choice for relaxation and enjoyment.
The apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed and a folding armchair, while the living room includes a sofa for one person.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot and a high chair are available.
The air-conditioned accommodation includes WiFi internet, a smart TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.
Guests are welcomed with a basket of fruits, snacks, juices, bottled water, and during their stay, cappuccino and traditional Greek coffee capsules are provided for complete enjoyment at any moment.
From the balcony, equipped with seating area, guests can enjoy a sea view. Sun loungers are available in the garden, and there is also a shower on the beach.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but parking is possible in the vicinity of the property.
Cleaning of the units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay.
SeaVista Nikiana Apartment is located 9km away from the main town of Lefkada, 7km from Nidri, and 29km from the nearest airport in Preveza.

Regarding comfort, location, cleanliness, and the courtesy of Mrs. Ranije - a solid ten, as well as the furnishings of the apartment. The terrace offers a lovely view of the sea. The place is peaceful, with well-stocked markets, bakeries, taverns, and pharmacies... everything one might need. We have two complaints (which we have previously communicated to you): 1. The accommodation does not provide parking. 2. Guests of the accommodation cannot use the beach in front of it, as it is occupied. Our suggestion is to rectify these two issues on your website (so that future guests do not encounter parking problems like we did, and the use of the beach is somewhat important or not).

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
