The offer includes double, triple, and quadruple studios, as well as four-bed and five-bed apartments. All units are located on the ground floor.

All studios have a bathroom and a kitchen, with a sleeping area equipped with a double bed, and depending on the capacity, they may additionally have a sofa for one or two persons.

Cleaning of the accommodation units is performed daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every third day. There is also an option for additional linen and towel changes at an extra charge.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 42 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
