A wonderful man, friendly and warm, and we are glad to have met him. The apartment is spacious, with a kitchen separate from the living area, featuring a small oven and a larger refrigerator. Nearby, there are taverns, a market, and an ATM. The promenade is just a few minutes away. In this accommodation, you feel right at home. We can hardly wait to return.

The apartment needed a thorough cleaning; the kitchen was completely greasy, even the dishes, and dust was accumulating on the shelves. Daily floor cleaning and garbage disposal were necessary. The WiFi was very poor, and the TV had no signal. On the positive side, the bed linens and towels were indeed changed, and the view from the terrace was stunning. However, the price-to-quality ratio is unsatisfactory. It costs too much for what is offered.

An exceptional location for visiting the beaches, with the beach in Pondy being one of the few sandy ones featuring a long shallow area, perfect for afternoon and nighttime swimming, as it is located directly across from the accommodation. The owner is excellent, polite, and cultured. He keeps the parking spot secure both day and night, as if he never sleeps, always present. Towels are changed daily, and trash is regularly taken out from the apartment. This accommodation comes highly recommended.

The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is separate, and the terraces are equipped with awnings. Cleaning is done daily. Parking is provided. A similar accommodation is available in the neighboring house (Romanza), which also has its own parking, just on the other side. All rooms have a view of the sea. In front of the accommodation, there is a street, followed by the beach, with several taverns nearby. The food is good everywhere, and fresh fish is caught from the sea every morning - you can see them from the terrace while enjoying your coffee early in the morning. Apostolos and his family are excellent hosts, always present and ready to assist with anything, providing all the necessary information. They will explain where the market is located, and if he has sold his olive oil, he will tell you where to buy it. Our accommodation served as a base for exploring the island, and we went somewhere every day. Apostolos always asks us where we are going, not out of curiosity, but to advise us and to know where we are, just in case, as the roads are very difficult, narrow, and cliffs are everywhere. Even if you do not choose this accommodation, the village is charming, authentic, everyone is friendly, and the food is delicious everywhere (I truly do not exaggerate).

For many years, we have traveled through Greece, and we have never encountered such wonderful accommodation owners. Apostolos is a fantastic host and a remarkable person; I can only speak praises of him. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. There are plenty of plates, glasses, cups, and cutlery available. We stayed for nine days, and our linens and towels were changed three times, while the trash bins were emptied daily. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cold water in the refrigerator, and later the owner brought us a refreshing cold watermelon. The view from the terrace is surreal, and in the afternoon, a spectacular show of sailboats begins. The accommodation is literally on the beach, which is excellent and one of the few on Lefkada with fine sand and a long shallow area. The parking spot we occupied on our first day was always available whenever we returned from the beach. Our little one received cookies and sweets every day whenever he saw us leaving. When we headed home, we were gifted a liter of olive oil produced by the owners. If we have the opportunity to visit Lefkada again, our choice will surely be Vasiliki and once more the accommodation Apostolos. A huge thank you to Nikana for everything.

We stayed in an apartment at the beginning of September. The owner was exceptionally kind, always ready to help, and spoke English. He welcomed us every time we returned from the beach and assisted us with parking. The apartment was cleaned daily, and the trash was taken out. The bed linens and towels were changed on the fourth day of our stay. We had a safe where we kept our documents and money. The city beach is just across the street, and the view from the terrace is magnificent. There is a market nearby, along with plenty of taverns. Vasiliki is the perfect choice for accommodation in Lefkada. Highly recommend Apostolos accommodation.

The apartment is situated in a prime location. The owners are extremely kind and always willing to help and accommodate guests. Every third day, they change the linens and towels. The apartment lacks sufficient dishes and cutlery. Modernization of the bathroom and a slight refresh of the entire apartment are needed. Cleanliness is at an average level, and there is room for improvement in that regard. Overall, the apartment is a good value for the price.

The owners are phenomenal. We have been recommending them for many years. My sister also vacationed here with her family. We plan to take my grandson next year to introduce him to the charms of Lefkada. This accommodation offers comfort and wonderful hosts. When we arrived, the owner greeted us with cold water from the fridge and white wine, along with salty sticks for the beach. When we were leaving, he left us a bottle of white wine on the car seat. My sister also received a bottle of white wine. So you can understand what kind of gentleman he is. He even moved his car when there was no parking space so we could leave ours. What can I say? The location of the accommodation allows for visits to both the western and eastern sides of the island, making it ideal. We warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation; you will not regret it at all and will return again, just like us.

We vacationed with two children at the Apostolos accommodation from June 22 to July 1, 2023. We can only express our praise for everything: the friendly hosts, the beach, the sea, the view from the terrace, the promenade... I don't even know where to start with the compliments. Apostolos has six accommodation units, and each one offers a rarely seen terrace view of the entire Vasiliki beach, Kefalonia, Ithaca, and every afternoon, hundreds of windsurfers. The beach area located about fifty meters from the accommodation is sandy, with a long shallow, and in my opinion, the best part of Vasiliki beach. The water is clear, the beach is sandy, and the long shallow makes this accommodation ideal for families with children. I recommend using the sunbeds of the restaurant "To Kyma" (these are the second sunbeds from the perspective of Apostolos) because they are the only ones that do not charge for umbrellas and sunbeds, operating on the principle of "order something and feel free to use the sunbeds". All others in that part of the beach charge for umbrellas and sunbeds. About a hundred meters from the accommodation, there is a well-stocked store for everything you need, and in front of the accommodation, there are several excellent taverns. Additionally, about fifty meters from the accommodation, a promenade begins that stretches the entire length of Vasiliki beach, alongside the sea, all the way to the town center. This is excellent because every evening you can take a stroll by the sea to the center. The town center is also very nicely arranged, with taverns, souvenir shops, gyros (the best is at Yann's for 3.9 euros), burgers, waffles... whatever you desire. From Vasiliki, there are organized tours and cruises every day to explore Lefkada, Kefalonia, and Ithaca, and there is a ferry to Kefalonia and Ithaca daily. One day, we went on a cruise with the boat Elena, which included Egremni beach (2h), Kefalonia (1.5h - a beautiful place called Fiscardo), and Ithaca (1.5h in the village of Frikes), and this cruise cost 80 euros for two adults and two children. All in all, a strong recommendation for the Apostolos accommodation and for Vasiliki.

This accommodation in Lefkada boasts the best location in the southern part of the stunning village of Vasiliki. Besides its advantageous position for exploring all the beautiful beaches of Lefkada, the priceless view from the terrace and the solid comfort in the tidy and functionally equipped rooms are invaluable. The owner is exceptionally kind and attentive to the needs of all guests; he is warm and accommodating. Everything is just as depicted in the photos and descriptions on the Nikana website. I would also like to add that Pondi Beach, which you can see from the terrace, is beautifully maintained and clean, with fine sand and a long shallow area perfect for small children; you can literally keep an eye on the kids from the terrace (if they are old enough) while simultaneously enjoying the spectacle of surfers every afternoon after 3 PM; you can even drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves (while lying down near the terrace :) The sea in this area is always calm and warm, and the sunsets are magnificent. We stayed for 10 days at the beginning of July '22. The place is small, with no large chain supermarkets, and no nightlife, but the restaurants and local shops are well-stocked, and the prices are reasonable. A big thank you to Nikana and the entire team - immediate and precise communication, helpfulness, and kindness at a high level.

This was my first time in Lefkada, staying at the Apostolos apartments. What can I say that others haven't already expressed? The accommodation is comfortable, cleaned daily, and towels are replaced every three days. Parking is provided. From the terrace, there is a wonderful view of Kefalonia and Ithaca, as well as the beaches in Vasiliki and Pondi, which are among the few sandy beaches in Lefkada, frequented by numerous windsurfers, yet still offering ample space for sun loungers and umbrellas, both from nearby bars and for personal use. The beach has a long shallow area, and the water is pristine, making it ideal for families with small children. As a city beach, it is an understatement to call it ideal, as you merely cross the road and find yourself on the beach. On the other hand, it serves as a perfect starting point for exploring the surrounding beaches on the western coast and is very close to Agiofili beach (one of the most beautiful on Lefkada, differing from those on the western side), as there is now asphalt, allowing for quicker access. Finally, I extend my deepest gratitude to Mr. Apostolos and his sister, Ms. Efi, for their kindness, which we have not experienced to this extent from any other host (and believe me, we have had some very good ones). This year, we stayed at Apostolos Apartments for the first time. The accommodation was excellent, clean, and spacious, with a phenomenal view of the sea, Kefalonia, and Ithaca. However, what impressed us the most—something we had never experienced before (despite many years of vacationing in Greece)—was the wonderful, kind hosts. It is incredible how people are always ready to help and be available to all their guests. Now I understand why the employees from Nikana told me that they have one of the best collaborations with Mr. Apostolos. Upon our departure, we received unexpected gifts from the hosts that mean a lot to us. We are certain, God willing, that we will use the services of Apostolos Apartments again.

The accommodation is good, the owners are friendly and will always accommodate you if you have any special requests. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen-dining area is separate, but it lacks natural ventilation as it serves as a passageway to the bathroom and the sleeping area, leading further to the terrace. The beds are comfortable and not smaller in size compared to other accommodations. Someone mentioned in the comments that the apartments are cleaned daily, which is not true; you clean the apartments yourself, and the linens and towels are changed every three to four days. The wardrobes are sufficient for storing belongings, and there is a safe with an electronic code and lock where you can store money or whatever you wish.

Apostolos apartments boast an exceptional location compared to other villas of similar caliber in the town of Vasiliki; the view from apartment number 5 is incredibly beautiful, complemented by the proximity to the sea and the beach. The friendly host, always available for guests, is another hallmark of this accommodation. Our overall impression is one of great satisfaction. While there may have been minor shortcomings, the five of us did not notice them as we were captivated by the kindness and helpfulness of the property owner. The place is small yet well-organized, without much hustle and bustle, and above all, it serves as an excellent base for exploring the entirety of Lefkada.

The overall impression is slightly marred by the street located just below the apartment, which sees a relatively frequent flow of vehicles, but the view you receive quickly compensates for this. He is extremely kind and accommodating, always ready to assist guests, even those who are not his. For instance, although I have never seen him at the beach, one day he took the children of the maid Lice for a swim. The kitchen is separate from the bedroom and is equipped with all the necessary items, including a kettle and a coffee filter machine. The accommodation is quite decent; although it is not overly large, if you do not require that kind of comfort while on vacation, it is excellent. Every terrace offers a view of the sea and the entire bay, as well as the sailboats for which this place is renowned! There is parking available for cars right next to the house. The sandy beach with a very long shallow area is just across the street, making the accommodation ideal for families with young children. Upon our departure, the host sent us off with a full bag of homegrown lemons and their traditional cookies made from candied nuts. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for meal preparation (although we only had breakfast there). The accommodation is clean; every day, a woman comes in to clean the floors, take out the trash, and collect the dirty towels. Every other day, our bed linens were changed. We had our own parking space. The owner is generally always outside, greets us, and is always ready to assist with anything we might need or to explain which way to go to reach the beach. There is always Wi-Fi available. The beach is nearby, and the shallow area is long, which is great for small children. All praises for the accommodation!
