Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Accommodation at Captain Studios is located in the center of Vasiliki, approximately 70m from the sea and the marina, or 350m from the small sandy-pebble and large town beach. The amenities offered by Captain Studios include private parking, a communal barbecue, and seating sets in a beautifully landscaped courtyard.
The nearest store and bakery are just 50m away.
There are ten units available on the first and second floors, each approximately 25m2 in size.
Double studios feature a French bed or two single beds, while triple studios have a French bed or two single beds, as well as a sofa. Quadruple studios offer a French bed or two single beds and two sofas.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, wireless internet, TV, a kitchen (stove with two burners and a small refrigerator with a freezer), a bathroom with a hairdryer, and a terrace overlooking the sea or the courtyard.
Cleaning is done daily, with bed linen and towels replaced every three nights.
Guests also have access to private parking.
The villa is somewhat older but perfectly preserved and maintained, with hygiene maintained at a very high level. Although there is no reception, the owners live on the ground floor and are available for any information or assistance.
Captain Studios is the ideal solution for those seeking decent accommodation in a good location at affordable prices. It is close to a promenade lined with tables from restaurants, taverns, bars, and fast food places along the sea.
