Accommodation description

The accommodation of Captain Studios is located in the center of Vasiliki, approximately 70m from the sea and marina. The amenities offered by Captain Studios include private parking, a shared barbecue, and seating sets in a beautifully landscaped courtyard.

The town beach is about 300m away, while two smaller beaches are located approximately 400m from the accommodation. The nearest shop and bakery are 50m away from the accommodation.

There are ten accommodation units available (25m2), located on the first and second floor, suitable for stays of two to four people.

Double studios feature a double bed or two single beds, while triple studios offer a double bed or two single beds, as well as a pull-out armchair. Quadruple studios are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, a pull-out armchair, and an additional bed.

All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, wireless internet, TV, kitchenette (with two hot plates and a small fridge with a freezer compartment), bathroom, terrace with a view of the sea or the courtyard. A baby cot, as well as laundry service, are available upon request.

Cleaning is done every three days, and bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.

Guests also have access to private parking with a limited number of spaces.

The villa is somewhat older, but well-preserved and maintained, with high levels of hygiene. The owners live on the ground floor and are available for any information or assistance.

Captain Studios is the ideal choice for those seeking decent accommodation in a good location. It is close to a promenade lined with tables from restaurants, taverns, bars, and fast food outlets.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
