Our description
Accommodation is located in the center of Vasiliki, at about 70m from the sea and marina, and 350m from the small sandy-pebbly and large city beach. The amenities offered by Captain Studios include a private parking, shared barbecue and sitting furniture in a beautifully landscaped courtyard.
The closest grocery store and bakery are at 50m.
There are ten double studios (28m2) with two connected single beds (and the possibility of adding two almost standard sofa beds) and a quintuple apartment on the ground floor (42m2) with one double bed in the bedroom and three single beds in the kitchen part.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, WiFi internet, TV, kitchen with a hot plate with two rings and a small fridge with chamber, bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace overlooking the sea or the garden, while the crib is available with a mandatory booking request. Cleaning is done every day, while replacement of bed linen and towels is done after three overnights.
The villa is a bit older, but perfectly preserved and maintained with a very high-level of hygiene. Although there's reception desk, the owners live on the ground floor and are available for any information or help.
After entering Vasiliki, at the first intersection continue for another 120m to the next intersection and turn slightly to the left to a small alley. Continue straight for 350m, until you see Captain Studios on your left-hand side, at 20m above the road.
Captain Studios is the ideal solution for anyone looking for a solid accommodation, in a good location, at affordable prices. It's near the promenade, along the seaside with tables from restaurants, taverns, bars and fast food shops.

Owners description
The modern Captain Studios rooms are located in the most beautiful spot of Lefkada, in beautiful Vasiliki.
In very green, trees and colourful flowers, in the center of Vasiliki, in a space of 1500m2, Captain's rooms enjoy absolute peace.
The captain's rooms in Vasiliki Lefkada are very close to all. The rooms are 40 meters from the Venetian-style harbour with the yachts, bakery, cafes, taverns and a supermarket. You can sit and relax on the veranda of the rooms or in the square or go fora walk.
300 meters away are the four local sandy beaches of the Captain's studios in Lefkada.
All the Captain's rooms have a terrace overlooking the sea, while those on the second floor overlook entire Vasiliki bay.
On the ground floor, the 3-room apartment has two bedrooms and a spacious living room with dining room and kitchen. It has a veranda front, in the flowerbed, where you can see the sandy beach of Vasiliki with the bathers and windsurfers.
Conveniently accommodates five people.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
