Our description
Zotos Studios is located at about 180m from the city beach, about 500m from the center and about 700m from Pondi beach. The villa is located near the center and the beach, on the road leading to Pondi beach. Private parking is provided for all guests.
The nearest bakery and grocery store are at about 200m.
There are studios (25m2) for 2-3 people, with one double and a single bed, as well as apartments (50m2) with one double and a single bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two in the kitchen part.
All units have air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with mini-stove with oven an a fridge with freezer, TV, WiFi internet, bathroom and a terrace, while the crib is available with a mandatory booking inquiry.
Although they don't have a reception desk, the owners live in the villa and are at disposal for any help or information.
After entering Vasiliki, pass the SPetrol gas station, turn to the right at the first intersection, drive another 120m to the next intersection and turn to the right towards Agios Petros village and Pondi settlement. Drive for another 500m until you see Zotos Studios on your right-hand side.

Owners description
Zotos Studios is located in Vasiliki, at 2-minute walk from the beach and 300 meters from restaurants and bars.
All accommodation units have a TV, air conditioning, free WiFi internet, fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, refrigerator, dining room, bathroom with shower and free toiletries as well as a balcony with garden view. Free parking is also available.
Lefkas is at 36km, Nydri at 20km and the famous Porto Katsiki beach 14km away.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
