Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Description
Eleni's House is located in the center of Vasiliki, at about 100m from the sea and marina, about 300m from the big city beach and 500m from the small town beach. Facilities include shared barbecue in the yard.
The closest store and bakery are at 50m.
They offer double studios (19-20m2) with two single beds, quadruple studios (22m2) with two single and two bunk beds, as well as quintuple duplex apartments with one double and three single beds in two bedrooms.
The studios have air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with a mini stove with oven and a small fridge with freezer, WiFi internet, TV, mosquito nets, bathroom and a terrace. Cleaning is done every day, towels are replaced every second day, while bed linen is replaced once in a week.
Private parking is not available, but there's enough parking space in the area. Although they do not have a reception desk, the owners live in a villa and are available for any information or help.
After entering Vasiliki, on the big intersection continue straight ahead and drive for another 80m until you reach Eleni's House on your right-hand side.
Eleni's House is a solid accommodation, in a good location, with good prices. It's located near the promenade, with tables from restaurants, tavernas, bars and fast food restaurants all along its length.
