Alexandra Studios offers comfortable and functional accommodation in the resort of Vasiliki on the island of Lefkada. Located just 14 m from the beach and 550 m from the town center, the property provides guests with the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing holiday accompanied by the soothing sound of the waves reaching their room and unforgettable views of the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea.

The property consists of three quadruple studios and one double room, all situated on the first floor. The double room features an open-plan sleeping area and a private bathroom, accommodating up to two adults on a double bed. The studios designed for up to three adults and one child are furnished with a double bed, a single bed, and either a sofa bed or a folding bed. The studio suitable for two adults and two children includes a double bed and a bunk bed.

The accommodation is equipped with essential modern amenities, including WiFi internet access and a TV. To ensure a comfortable stay during the warmer months, each unit features air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Three of the studios include a kitchenette suitable for preparing light meals, equipped with a two-burner stove and a small oven. All accommodation units also feature a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a handheld frother for preparing instant coffee. A hairdryer is also available for guests’ convenience.

Guests can relax outdoors on their private balcony, furnished with outdoor seating and ideal for enjoying peaceful summer mornings or evenings. The property also features a small shared enclosed courtyard.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

For reservations longer than six nights, housekeeping, as well as bed linen and towel changes, are provided every third day.

Guests arriving by car will have one private parking space at their disposal.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 25 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
