The four-person studio on the ground floor is modestly furnished; the only thing it lacks is electrical outlets. Complete privacy is assured, and linens and towels are changed halfway through the stay, as described. The hostess, Tanja, is wonderful and always available to assist and provide any necessary guidance.

Tanja, the woman responsible for cleanliness and resolving any issues that arose during our stay, addressed everything immediately. She is very pleasant and kind, hailing from Serbia. All amenities were nearby, including shops, bakeries, and taverns. We were very satisfied with the accommodation, so much so that we will be reserving the same place for next year. In their restaurant on the beach, Blue Maris Kiano, the dishes are plentiful and delicious; we recommend the moussaka, spaghetti, gyros, zucchini, and fried fish... Everyone is kind and helpful.

You can reach the city beach in just a minute, if not less. A breathtaking view of the sea from the studio on the second floor. A lovely spacious terrace. On the other side lies a forest of pines, with a delightful scent of the combination of pine and sea! There is ample parking space in the courtyard. The studio we stayed in was modestly equipped. There is no separate space for the shower in the bathroom, causing water to leak into the hallway and create a mess. The kitchenette is of adequate size but poorly stocked. A small stove and limited utensils... There are no screens, so the mosquitoes attacked us like never before... Additionally, I encountered communication issues with the landlady, specifically with her daughter, as it seems that the management of the apartments is left to her. Whether this is due to inexperience or something else, I cannot say. There were problems communicating in English, as well as issues concerning payment and changing the linens. On the eighth day of our stay (out of a total of 11), she brought us clean towels without any bed linens, and only after my insistence did we receive three new sheets (without pillowcases...). Essentially, the price-to-value ratio may be acceptable, but I believe some aspects need improvement.

My husband, our two children aged 4 and 5, and I spent seven days in this accommodation. We stayed in a four-bed apartment on the second floor. The apartment is quite pleasant, featuring a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a room with a kitchenette that includes a bunk bed, which leads out to a terrace. The terrace is spacious and offers a direct view of the sea. The kitchenware is somewhat lacking, as is common in many private accommodations in Greece. The bathroom is small and lacks a shower cabin, meaning that the shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, which we consider to be the only significant drawback of this accommodation. Our towels and bed linens were changed midway through our stay, on the fourth day. The city beach is very close, less than 100 meters from the accommodation. A bakery and the best gyros (at Gianissa) are just a five-minute walk away, and the city center with souvenir shops, tavernas, and cafes is also in the immediate vicinity. The landlady, Maria, along with her parents, spends the whole day in their taverna, Blue Maris, which is located 50 meters from the accommodation, so you can find them there. They are kind and friendly people, and their taverna is also excellent, with very reasonable prices, good service, and delicious food. Overall, we were very satisfied, and this is an accommodation we would gladly return to. The only major drawback is the bathroom, as I mentioned earlier.

The internet signal is weaker; it didn't bother us since we were on vacation, but if someone needs it for work, it could pose a problem. I am certain we will return here.

We reserved an apartment, but we were greeted with a studio, which was a significant disappointment for us. The studio we received was on the ground floor and relatively spacious. The greatest advantage of this accommodation is its proximity to the beach and the always available parking. Everything else is quite basic; the kitchen has two burners, one of which does not work. The "mosquito nets" have holes, so be prepared with mosquito repellent. Hygiene is at an extremely poor level, and the dishes were dirty. During our stay, our room was never cleaned; they simply left the linens and towels on the terrace. If you are even slightly demanding, avoid this accommodation, as it is exceedingly basic and, as I mentioned, hygiene is very poor.

If the accommodation is for 6, 7, or 8 nights, the bedding should be changed after 3 or 4 nights, rather than after 5 nights.

We always had hot water. We were accommodated in a four-person apartment, with the kitchen and bunk beds in one room, while the other room had a French bed. If you plan to stay at this accommodation, make sure to arm yourself with all possible mosquito repellents, although that didn't help us either, as our child and we were bitten by mosquitoes. There is a mosquito net in the room, but it has an opening through which they pass, so it’s almost as if it’s not there. The view from the terrace was of the sea. In the evenings, we hoped for quiet, but we could hear the noise of engines from the highway, though it wasn't too bad. All in all, it’s not bad; they just need to pay a bit more attention to hygiene and add more utensils in the kitchen; there were four of us, but we only had three deep plates, for instance, and we didn’t have a large knife and some other small items. Essentially, if you've come to Greece, the accommodation is similar to others, nothing special.

The exit to the main road is close, allowing you to wander through the beaches of Sithonia. The landlady is very fair. I recommend opting for accommodation with breakfast included. The restaurant is right on the beach, serving Mediterranean breakfast in a buffet style, and it is truly delicious! My wife and I visited in September and were extremely satisfied.
