Sithonia Blue Rooms and Apartments has one of the best locations in Neos Marmaras, as it is very close to the sandy town beach. Additionally, it falls into the category of more affordable accommodations considering its excellent location. The accommodation is not luxurious, but it is in good condition, simply furnished, yet it has everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

The sandy city beach is less than 100m away, and the city center with a rich tourist offer (supermarkets, shops, bakeries, pastry shops, bars and restaurants) is at about 600m. Paradisos beach is a bit over 2km away.

Sithonia Blue Rooms and Apartments has a total of seven accommodation units. On the ground floor there is one four-bed studio with a double bed and bunk beds and one four-bed apartment with a double bed and two single beds. On the first floor, there are two triple rooms with a double bed and a sofa for one person, which have a sea view. On the second floor, there is one four-bed studio with a double bed and bunk beds, one four-bed apartment with the same beds and one double room with a double bed. The studio and apartment on the second floor have a sea view. There is no possibility to add the auxiliary bed, also the baby cot is not available.

All accommodation units have WiFi internet, TV, air conditioning and a balcony with a seating set and a cloth dryer hanger. The bathrooms are small and without a shower tray or a cabin, but only tiles except for the bathroom in the triple rooms, which have a shower cabin. Apart from double rooms and triple rooms, the rest of the accommodation units have a kitchenette equipped with hotplates and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. A double room has a fridge. Towels and bed linen are replaced at half of the stay.

Spacious public parking is available in front of the fenced courtyard with a barbecue.

You will find this accommodation about 150m from the city stadium.

We had a wonderful time. The accommodation is quite small, but sufficient for two people; it is very close to the beach, and the owners are extremely kind. We would definitely come back! 😊

It boasts a million-dollar view of the sea. The apartment is fantastic. The refrigerator is quite small and lacks railings, making it difficult to store more items for cooling.
