Our description
Villa Fotini Studios is 5-minute walk from the sandy beach, between Vasiliki center and Pondi, in a quiet part of the town surrounded by greenery. There is a large and beautifully landscaped yard around the villa, suitable for children. It offers a pool with deck chairs and parasols, a summer house, private parking, a barbecue, and wireless internet.
The nearest bakery and grocery store are 300 meters away.
This facility has a total of 15 studios, up to 30m2 in size, which can accommodate up to four people.
Eight studios are on the first floor, while seven are on the ground floor.
Ten triple studios have one double bed and one single bed each.
Five four-bed studios have one more single bed, each.
All studios are bright, comfortable, well maintained throughout the year.
All accommodation units have a bathroom, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, fully equipped kitchen with a small fridge and two electric burners, bathroom, as well as a large terrace with a beautiful view.
The pool is open daily from 9am to 8pm.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while cleaning is done daily.
Pets are not allowed, while cribs are available on request.
After entering Vasiliki and passing the SPetrol pump, turn right at the first intersection and drive 120m. At the next intersection, turn right towards Pondi town and beach, drive straight for another 600m, then turn right to the street after the Odyseion Hotel and take the right direction to the accommodation.

Welcome to Fotini Studios, located in beautiful Vasiliki, a town in a southern part of Lefkada island, at the end of a deep blue bay, the paradise of the windsurfers from all over the world. The accommodation is built in a big cultivated vineyard, at 150m from the beach, in an environment where nature and man collaborate for the ideal holiday.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 80% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Jako cist i uredan smestaj. Domacini ljubazni i gostoljubivi. Parking uredan i u hladovini. Wifi radi odlicno, klima se ne doplacuje. Sa zadovoljstvom cemo posetiti opet Fotini Studio

Greetings, my name is Yana. I’m with my family( 2 adults and 1 child also our little dog- Yorkshire Terrier), and another 2 families (4 adult, and 4 children, so in common 11people).
