Accommodation description

Antypas Rooms is located in the village of Pondi, in Vasiliki, known for its picturesque marina that stretches along the promenade, with numerous taverns, cafes, and pleasant gardens in the shade. The accommodation is an excellent choice for guests seeking a peaceful and relaxed holiday, offering a beautifully landscaped courtyard with seating area and a small playground for children.

The town beach is about 300 meters away, while taverns and shops are less than 100 meters away. The town center is approximately 1km away from the accommodation.

There are four accommodation units without a kitchen available, located on the first floor. The rooms (15m2) can accommodate up to three adults. They consist of a bathroom and two connected single beds or one double bed and one single bed. The accommodation units are smaller in size, limiting comfort, simply furnished, and with older furniture.

Three accommodation units have a balcony, while one does not. The balconies are facing the surrounding buildings and courtyard, some of them separated only by a low fence, which may limit privacy. The unit without a balcony is facing the wall of the adjacent building.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to a TV, WiFi internet, and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathrooms are smaller in size and have only a shower, no bathtub.

Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every two days.

Private parking is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
