Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 2 days prior arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
The studio of Arhontisa is located in the eponymous villa, 400m from the beach, near Lidl (100m towards Olympic Beach). It is a quadruple studio on the second floor. The villa has an elevator.
The accommodation is air-conditioned, equipped with a TV and internet.
The kitchen is well-equipped, with a stove with one burner and a large refrigerator.
In the bathroom, there is a shower cabin with a curtain.Guests can park in front of the villa, parking is free but not guaranteed in advance.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay. Bed linen and towels are provided, guests can replace them independently.
