The property has a total of three accommodation units, two studios and one apartment, carefully designed to provide guests with a pleasant and comfortable stay. The accommodation units are arranged on different floors – the studios are located on the first and third floors, while the apartment is situated on the fourth floor, and thanks to the building with an elevator, access to all units is quick and easy. The studios are intended for the stay of a maximum of three adults and consist of a single space that combines the sleeping area and kitchen, as well as a separate bathroom, within which guests have at their disposal a French bed and an armchair bed. The apartment is intended for the accommodation of a maximum of four adults and consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom, and is equipped with a French bed and a sofa for two persons, providing additional comfort and functionality for families and smaller groups of friends.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi wireless internet connection, a Flat Screen TV with satellite channels, as well as a hair dryer in each unit are available. The kitchens are equipped for the preparation of lighter meals and contain all the necessary elements for everyday use, while the available appliances include a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two ceramic hobs, and a coffee mixer. In the apartment, guests additionally have at their disposal a large oven and a coffee machine.
