The apartment is situated on the elevated ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups of guests. The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom, providing a functional and comfortable space for relaxation. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room features a sofa and a single bed, allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements and additional comfort throughout the stay.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, and guests have access to WiFi internet and a flat-screen TV, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay with good connectivity and entertainment. The kitchen is equipped for preparing light meals and includes a single-burner hotplate and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The accommodation is newer and decent, but it is not suitable for 4 people as stated in the listing, because the fourth bed is a sofa that cannot be unfolded, is very narrow, and is not suitable for an adult. The owners were kind and fair. We generally had a problem with cleanliness because the agency they hired for cleaning did not do its job properly. They only changed the bedding, emptied the trash bins, and cleaned the floor a little. The kitchen was full of dirty dishes that had been neatly put back in place as if they were clean. The bathroom was not even cleaned, only the floor was scrubbed... There was still dust on the furniture and greasy fingerprints from previous guests... So the owners were fair and lowered the price by €50 because of the inconvenience with cleanliness. As for the accommodation, it is located exactly between two beaches and in a quiet area, which was very important to us because of the children and for us as well so we could sleep peacefully. Another downside of the apartment, if I may say so, is that the terrace faces the other terraces of the building opposite, and they are very close, so there is no privacy. And if there are noisy neighbors like we had, who have phone conversations on speakerphone or play music loudly in the morning... then you do not even feel like going out on the terrace. Another big drawback is that in the evening some fluorescent blue lights from those terraces are turned on (a kind of decoration on the building) and they shine directly into the apartment windows, so at night you do not have complete darkness when you want to sleep, even the blinds do not help. And the beds are positioned exactly so that those lights shine in your face... This was our first time in Paralia. The place itself is nice and full of amenities, but the sea is very dirty, not to mention the grass floating in the water, as well as the trash that did not spare us every day... Unfortunately, I have to say that we will never vacation in Paralia again, because no matter how good the accommodation is, the dirty sea ruins everything...

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
