If you are looking for a quality accommodation in which one you will feel like at home, and a distance from the beach is not so important for you, Sunny Apartment in Agios Nikolaos can be a great choice for your vacation.
House is located in the village Agios Nikolaos and from the famous beach Trani Ammouda is 4km far, from the market and taverns around 150m.
On the first floor of the house is a big apartment which can accommodate up to seven persons (6+1), with adding one extra bed. Apartment has three bedrooms and in all three is a double bed, as well as air conditioning. In kitchen, except the necessary dishes, there is a small oven with four hot plates, dish washer, big fridge with freezer compartment and bar table with chairs. In the living room are corner sofa and table with chairs. In the bathroom is a shower cabin. Apartment has three exits to the balcony on which one is a sitting set with awning. There are also a washing machine and iron.
Other two apartments (5+1) are on the ground floor, one step under the ground level, they are a little bit darker, but their balconies with a sitting set are on the ground level. Apartments have two bedrooms, each with a double bed, while in the room with kitchen is a folding sofa. Kitchen is completely equipped with necessary dishes, stove, microwave and big fridge with freezer compartment. In the bathroom is a shower cabin. Also these apartments have a washing machine and air conditioner in each bedroom.
On the second floor of the building next door there is a quadruple apartments. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there are a folding sofa and an armchair, table with chairs and kitchen. Kitchen is completely equipped with necessary dishes, stove, microwave and big fridge with freezer compartment. In the bathroom is a shower cabin. Apartment has a washing machine and one air conditioner.
All apartments have TV and WiFi. Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, are done after three days. The owner can provide a baby cot upon request.
Since there is no courtyard, accommodation doesn't have a private parking, but there is enough space for parking around the accommodation.

Owners description
Sunny Apartment (102m2) has three bedrooms each with a twin bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. All the rooms have windows and access to a balcony with table and chairs. There's also a toilet, dining room, saloon with TV and a kitchen with cooking hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery. Amenities include WiFi internet, pharmacy, fire extinguisher, iron and a washing machine.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning is performed after two days. Baby cot is available upon request.
The accommodation is 50m from the central square, supermarket, bar, tavern, pizzeria, cafeteria, gyros kiosk, hairdressers and more. The police station is at 30m, the health centre is at 100m and the Blue Flag Livrohio beach is 5-minute away. Ormos Panagias (from where ships sail to Atos) is six minutes away and the bus stop is at 100m.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Prezadovoljni smo smestajem, kao i domacinima apartmana. Vrlo su ljubazni i predusretljivi. Ukoliko nas put ponovo navede na Sitoniju, sigurno bismo opet izabrali Sunny apartments. Takodje hvala i vama, odlicna komunikacija i organizacija. Radujemo se ponovnoj saradnji.

STAY IN DAYS DOES THIS APARTMENT HAVE THERE BATHROOMS AND THEREE BEDROOMS FOR SEVEN PEOPLE.IS THERE A CAR PARK FOR THIS APARTMENT AS WELL. CAN I GET PHOTOS OF A SPECIFIC APOARTMENT FOR 7 PEOPLES.
