Our description
Roxani's Apartments is located in the quiet part of the village Agios Nikolaos. It can be a good choice for families who want a peaceful vacation, but to whom the distance from the beach is not so important.
From the center of the village is 300m away, from the closest market around 250m and from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, Trani Ammouda, around 3km.
In total there are two quadruple duplex apartments (58m2) which are located on the high ground floor. Both have a double bed in one bedroom, two merged single beds in the other one and kitchen and living room are separated.
Apartments are air-conditioned, have internet, TV and mosquito nets. Kitchen are equipped with small oven with hot plates and big fridge. In the bathroom is a shower cabin. Cleaning, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, are done every three days.
In the arranged and fenced courtyard is a barbecue. Private parking doesn't exist, but there is enough parking space in front and close to the accommodation.
In order to reach Roxani's Apartments, on the entrance to the village, where are ATM machines, turn left and drive straight until you see the accommodation on the left.
Roxani's Apartments can be a good choice for families with children and for those who like to enjoy in new accommodation.

Owners description
Welcome you to Roxani's Apartments, two newly built apartments in the picturesque village of Agios Nikolaos in Sithonia, Halkidiki.
Each apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people and consists of a bedroom with one double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, an open plan kitchen with a living room, WC with a shower and large verandas.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and the amenities include a satellite TV, A/C, toiletries, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and WiFi internet. In the garden surrounding the building, there's a table with chairs, umbrella, barbecue and private parking.
Within walking distance, you will find supermarkets, butcher's shop, pharmacy, health centre and a police station. There are taverns, pizzerias and cafes with frequent music events in the village square.
The sandy beach of Trani Ammouda is just a 5-minute drive from Agios Nikolaos.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 25 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
