Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

This cozy and beautifully decorated accommodation features a spacious, enclosed courtyard and a gazebo, and it is just 2 km from Agios Nikolaos Beach. The town of Agios Nikolaos exudes traditional Mediterranean charm with its narrow cobbled streets, stone facades, lush flowers, and a picturesque square where you can find taverns, a pastry shop, and pizzerias. Lenia's Traditional House offers the perfect blend of tradition, comfort, and natural beauty for a carefree stay.
This two-bedroom apartment, structured as a maisonette, spans two levels and can accommodate up to six adults. The ground floor includes a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while the upper floor consists of another kitchen, two bedrooms, and an additional bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The living room features a sofa that can accommodate two guests.
Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby crib is available.

The yard is filled with greenery, providing peace and tranquility. The owner of the house, an elderly Greek woman who resides here, is very pleasant and kind, but honestly, this is not a tourist façade. Trani Ammouda beach is a 7-8 minute drive away. The town center is just a few minutes' walk, as are all essential services, including a shop, butcher, pharmacy, and even a health center. Parking is available, although it is not clearly stated in the accommodation description, it should not pose a problem.
