Lenia's Traditional House is located in Agios Nikolaos. It features a large enclosed yard, a gazebo, and is suitable for those who enjoy a more tranquil vacation. It is 2km away from Agios Nikolaos beach.
There are two accommodation units available:
This is a house that can accommodate a total of seven people. It is two-story, located on the high ground floor and the first floor. On the high ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed suitable for one person. Next to it, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, large oven with four burners, microwave oven. Also, there is a washing machine.
Ascending the stairs, you reach two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second has two single beds and an additional single bed intended for a ten-year-old child. On the first floor, there is another kitchen with a large refrigerator and freezer, and another single bed in it.
On both the first and second floors, there is an air conditioner, a TV, and a bathroom with a shower and a shower curtain.
Family Apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child. It consists of a living room with a equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a single bed and a sofa for one person.
Upon request, a baby cot is available within the price.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has independent cooling units in the living room and bedroom, guests have access to free WiFi internet, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with four burners, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. There is a bathtub in the bathroom.
There is a veranda on the ground floor, and two terraces on the first floor, one accessible from the bedroom and the other from the kitchen.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for cleaning, and bed linen and towels are changed every five days.
Near the accommodation, there is parking on the road leading to the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

For lovers of ancient and traditional Greece, this house, constructed of stone and wood, offers a spacious apartment equipped with all necessary amenities and more. The yard is filled with greenery, providing peace and tranquility. The owner of the house, an elderly Greek woman who resides here, is very pleasant and kind, but honestly, this is not a tourist façade. Trani Ammouda beach is a 7-8 minute drive away. The town center is just a few minutes' walk, as are all essential services, including a shop, butcher, pharmacy, and even a health center. Parking is available, although it is not clearly stated in the accommodation description, it should not pose a problem.
