Our description

Apocalypsis Studios & Аpartments is an accommodation on the beach in Psakoudia, with a spacious courtyard full of various contents, from toys for children to sitting sets, with natural shade, parking and air-conditioned studios or apartments and with wireless internet.

It is located at just 45m from the beach in Psakoudia, and about 200m from the center with shops and all amenities.

The accommodation offers five studios, three apartments and three economy studios in the basement.

There are two studios (28m2) on the ground floor, while the other studios (33-35m2) are located on the upper floor. All studios have one double and a sofa bed, as well as a kitchenette with hotplates, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and necessary dishes.

Apartments (33-38m2) have one double bed in a separate bedroom, two single beds in the kitchen and a shower tray with a curtain in the bathroom. Only one apartment has one double and two bunk beds in the bedroom and a shower cabin in the bathroom. In the kitchen, the apartments have hotplates, fridge with freezer and necessary dishes.

Economy studios are located in the semi-basement (the entrance is 14 steps below the ground level), and they can be double or triple (for two adults and a child max). The double studio has one double bed, while the triple has one double and one single bed. They look modest, so their price is lower. One studio has the possibility of adding an extra bed, but this should always be confirmed with the owner, while the other two studios are for max three persons.

One apartment and two studios have a sea view. The terraces are private, covered with an awning, separated by the glass partition and with drying racks. Verandas on the ground floor are not enclosed. The accommodation is fresh and clean. The hygiene of accommodation units in the form of cleaning and replacing towels and bed linen is maintained every two days. Laundry service is charged per wash.

The yard in front of the accommodation is nicely arranged, with sitting sets, toys for children, swings, umbrellas, natural shade and greenery, built-in barbecue, outdoor shower and table tennis. Private parking with enough space for all guests is available behind the yard.

After turning off the main road from the direction of Thessaloniki, at the entrance to Psakoudia turn to the right and continue ahead following the road through the promenade and 1km later you'll be in front of Apocalypsis Studios & Apartments.

The complex of furnished self-catering studios and apartments Apocalypsis is located in the beautiful village of Psakoudia in Sithonia peninsula of Halkidiki Greece in a picturesque environment, being only 15m from the sandy beach.

This region, with the marvellous sandy beach, the magnificent sea, as well as the variety of services it offers, constitutes today an important tourist resort. Moreover, as it is found in the center of the coastal line of Halkidiki, it can serve as a convenient starting point for numerous excursions that will reveal to the visitor the beauties of the whole region of Halkidiki.

The property consists of five studios that can accommodate up to four persons and three apartments with a separate bedroom for up to five persons. All rooms have a balcony with a sea view and are equipped with kitchenette, refrigerator, satellite TV, air conditioner, safety deposit box and hairdryer. In front of the building, you can find a courtyard with BBQ facilities, children's playground, table tennis and free parking places. Free WiFi internet access is also available.

Studios with sea view (2-3 people): The size of this studio is 22sqm and it consists of one double bed and a sofa that unfolds into a bed. The studio is equipped with basic wooden furniture and has a veranda overlooking the sea.

Studios with partial sea view (2-3 people): The size of this studio is 23sqm and it consists of one double bed and a sofa that unfolds into a bed. The studio is equipped with basic wooden furniture and has a veranda partial sea view.

Apartment with one bedroom and a sea view (four people + a child): The size of the apartment is 36sqm and it consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a living room–kitchen with two single beds.

Apartment with one bedroom with side sea view (four people + a child): The size of the apartment is 33sqm and consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a living room-kitchen with two single beds. Also, you can enjoy the sea view from the private veranda.

Apartment with two bedrooms on the ground floor with a sea view: The size of this apartment is 55sqm and it consists of a bedroom with double bed and another one with two bunk beds.

The supermarket is 400m away from the house and local mini-market is at only 100-200m. You can find pizza-restaurants and cafe bars at 10-150m. The bakery is at the distance of 30m.
