Apocalypsis Studios & Аpartments is an accommodation on the beach in Psakoudia, with a spacious courtyard full of various contents, from toys for children to sitting sets, with natural shade, parking and air-conditioned studios or apartments and with wireless internet. It is located at just 45m from the beach in Psakoudia, and about 200m from the center with shops and all amenities.

The accommodation consists of five studios, three apartments, and three economy studios located in the basement.

In addition to the three economy studios in the basement, two studios are located on the ground floor, while the remaining studios are on the first floor. All studios have one double bed and either a sofa or bunk beds, except for one studio in the basement, which has only a double bed and can accommodate two adults. All other studios can accommodate two adults and two children up to 16 years old.

The three apartments are located on the first floor and each has a different capacity. Two apartments have one bedroom; one can accommodate two adults and three children up to 16 years old, while the other can accommodate three adults and three children up to 16 years old. The third apartment has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to three adults and two children up to 16 years old.

The economy studios are located in the basement (the entrance is 14 steps below ground level) and can be double or quadruple (maximum for two adults and two children). The double studio has a double bed, while the quadruple studio has a double bed and bunk beds. They have a modest appearance, which is why the price is lower.

Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchenette equipped with two hotplates, an electric kettle, a Nescafe coffee machine, and a toaster. Some units have a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, while others have a large refrigerator with a freezer. Only the units on the first floor have a safety deposit box.

All units have a sea view, except for one studio with a courtyard view and the units located in the basement. The terraces are private, covered with an awning, separated by glass panels, and equipped with laundry dryers. The verandas on the ground floor are not enclosed. The accommodation is characterized by freshness and cleanliness.

Cleaning of the units, as well as towel and linen replacement, is carried out every two days. Laundry service is charged per wash.

The courtyard in front of the accommodation is nicely arranged, with outdoor seating sets, children’s toys, swings, sun umbrellas, natural shade and greenery, a built-in barbecue, a shower, and a table tennis setup. Behind the courtyard is a parking area with enough space for all guests.

After turning off the main road coming from Thessaloniki, at the entrance to Psakoudia turn right and continue straight along the road that passes through the promenade; 1 km later, you will arrive in front of Apocalypsis Studios & Apartments.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 16 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
