KAELA Pool Villas is located in a tranquil part of Agios Nikolaos, in Sithonia, 700m away from the beach. This modernly designed and elegantly equipped property with a private pool provides everything you need for a luxurious stay and unforgettable moments of relaxation.

There are six accommodation units available, each with its own private pool and the capacity to accommodate up to five adults.

Two units are located on the ground floor and consist of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room is furnished with a sofa for two people, as well as a sofa for one person.

Two units are structured as maisonettes on two levels. The lower level on the ground floor includes a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the open gallery upstairs, within the sleeping area, there is a double bed.

The remaining two units are also organized as maisonettes on two levels, but the lower level is on the first floor and contains a living room with a kitchen. On the upper level, in the open gallery, there is a bathroom, while a double bed is located within the sleeping area.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no additional cost.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with a smart TV, wireless internet, hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with two hotplates and a large oven, a fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee machine.

From the veranda or balcony, furnished with seating arrangements, guests can enjoy views of the pool and the courtyard.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Private parking is provided for guests.

Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay is done daily, while towel and linen replacement takes place every three days.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
