This maisonette spans the ground and first floors and can accommodate up to five adults. The ground floor features a living room connected to the kitchen, serving as the central area for socializing, as well as a toilet. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the first floor, ensuring greater peace and privacy during your stay. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other contains two single beds placed together. Additional sleeping space is provided by a single sofa bed in the living room.

To maintain a pleasant temperature throughout the entire accommodation, three air conditioners are available, located in the living room and both bedrooms. Guests have access to WiFi and Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, allowing them to relax with their favorite online content. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop with four heating zones and a large oven, making it suitable for regular meal preparation, including more complex dishes, while the large refrigerator with freezer provides ample space for storing food. A coffee maker, kettle, and toaster are also available. Guests can also use a hair dryer, while the washing machine, whose use is included in the price, is located in a separate cabinet in the yard.

The house features a balcony overlooking the street and surrounding area, as well as a veranda. The small, fenced, and landscaped yard is primarily paved but includes a green area, offering a pleasant space for outdoor relaxation. A garden gazebo with seating is perfect for morning coffee, family meals, and evening socializing, while the private barbecue adds to the summer atmosphere.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, allowing them to organize cleaning according to their own needs and vacation schedule. The hosts provide fresh bed linen and towels every three days, but guests are responsible for changing them themselves; this allows guests to coordinate the change with their own needs and holiday plans.

The property does not have private parking, but guests arriving by car can use public street parking spaces in front of the house and in the immediate vicinity. Availability depends on current occupancy. Agios Nikolaos is a traditional village situated inland in the northeastern part of Sithonia, known for its stone houses, narrow cobblestone streets, and a pleasant central square where daily village life unfolds. Tavernas and cafes offer the chance to enjoy local specialties and an authentic Greek atmosphere, especially in the evenings, while shops, bakeries, pharmacies, and a health center are also available in the village. Although not located directly on the coast, the village’s position allows for easy access to numerous beaches in eastern Sithonia; notable among them is the long sandy beach of Trani Ammouda, renowned for its clear waters and a gradual entry into the sea. Nearby lies Ormos Panagias, the port of Agios Nikolaos and a departure point for boat excursions around Mount Athos and to the surrounding islands. Surrounded by olive groves and Mediterranean vegetation, Agios Nikolaos is an excellent choice for guests seeking a peaceful stay, an opportunity to experience the local way of life, and a base for exploring various parts of Sithonia. The village is located approximately 97 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
