Elia Apartments Sithonia could be a good choice if you are looking for a great base for exploring Sithonia, in a peaceful and safe location close to the sea. The accommodation is situated in the area of Elia (approximately 8km from Nikiti) and offers spacious apartments and bungalows. A large and beautifully landscaped yard full of greenery, private parking, air-conditioned and well-maintained units with mosquito nets, internet access, hairdryer, are just some of the advantages of this accommodation.
It is located just 90m from the Elia beach, accessed by steps. This part of the beach is unorganized, but privacy is almost guaranteed. If you still wish to swim at an organized beach, there is a beach bar 300m from the accommodation where you can use sunbeds with a drink. The shop is about 800m away and stocked with basic supplies. A bread van passes by every day (around 10am) on the street in front of the accommodation, and for larger purchases, there are large supermarkets on the main road in Nikiti (8km) such as Masoutis, Galaksias, Vasilopoulos...
The property consists of 12 units, ten five-bed apartments (60m2) and two bungalows (25m2). Two apartments and the bungalows are on the ground floor with a view of the yard, while the remaining apartments, located on the elevated ground floor and the first floor, six have a sea view, and two overlook the yard.
The apartments feature two connected single beds in the bedroom, a sofa bed the size of a narrow double bed and a sofa in the living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The maximum capacity of the apartments is five people (four adults and one child).
The bungalows have a double bed and a small sofa in the same room, a kitchen equipped with a large stove, a fridge with a freezer, necessary utensils, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. They are suitable for a maximum of two adults and one child up to 10 years old. In front of each bungalow, there is a clothesline and a table with chairs for relaxing and enjoying a morning coffee.
The advantage of this accommodation is the spacious and fenced yard with plenty of natural shade, a barbecue, a gazebo, children's facilities, and a covered private parking with enough space for everyone.
Towel and linen change, as well as cleaning, are done every three days. Pets are not allowed.
Finding the accommodation is easy. Driving on the main road Nikiti – Sarti, 120m after you see Lily Ann Beach Hotel on the right side, turn right and drive about 400m until you reach Elia Apartments Sithonia.

Elia Beach Apartments are just 70m away from the beautiful beach. Elia coast is one of the most picturesque areas in Halkidiki. It's located between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras, in the Sithonia peninsula, at an hour drive from Macedonia airport. Elia beach is the main beach of Elia coast and extends for about 2km. The pine forest reaches many parts with low cliffs, allowing the pines to overhang the narrow strip of sand, offering the bathers not only shade but also a unique feeling. The beach is with sand and pebbles and the water is magnificently clear.
The endless golden beach, the aquamarine sea, the politeness and the hospitable staff, but mostly the autonomy and the ampleness of the facilities, will make you feel at home and have an ideal and unforgettable holiday.
There are three different types of apartments, with each interior designed in its own way. The apartments are varied according to whether they have a sea view, a mountain and gardens view and the ground floor apartments, suitable for families with children and disabled access friendly.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
