Moriel Seaside Homes is situated in a tranquil location in the Elia beach area, near Nikiti. It offers superior, standard, and deluxe apartments that can accommodate up to six people. Due to the proximity to the beach and the spacious, well-maintained courtyard, this accommodation can be a good choice for families with young children.

The beach is just a few meters away from the accommodation, while Nikiti is about 9km away, as well as the large supermarkets Masoutis and Galaksias.

The standard apartment, spread over two levels and approximately 50 m2 in size, on the lower level, located on the high ground floor, has a living room with a sofa for two people. On the upper level, on the first floor, there are two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed.

The superior apartment is around 50m2 in size. It has two double beds in two separate bedrooms, while in the living room there is a sofa bed.

The deluxe apartment is also about 50m2 in size. It has a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the other, and a sofa bed in the living room.

All apartments have one air conditioning unit each, except the standard apartment which has three, one in each room. All apartments have free Wi-Fi internet and TV. The kitchens are equipped with a four-ring stove and oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The bathrooms have shower cabins.

Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every four days. It is also possible to use the washing machine for an additional fee, by arrangement with the owner.

In the well-maintained courtyard, guests can use the barbecue facilities.

There is no private parking, but there is plenty of parking space in front of and near the accommodation.

Guests have sun loungers and umbrellas at their disposal, which they can use free of charge.

The accommodation is exceptional. The apartment is comfortable, located right on the beach that provides natural shade. The hostess, Marijana, is very kind and attentive.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
