Description
Moriel Seaside Homes is located in a quiet location in the area of Elia beach, near Nikiti. It offers superior, standard and deluxe apartments that can accommodate up to six people. Due to the proximity of the beach and a spacious and beautifully landscaped yard, this accommodation can be a good choice for families with small children.
The beach is only a few meters away from the accommodation, while Nikiti is about 9 km away, as well as the large markets Masoutis and Galaksias.
The superior apartment is about 50m2. It has two double beds in two separate bedrooms, while the living room has a folding sofa bed.
The standard apartment is about 50m2. It also has two double beds in two separate bedrooms, while the living room has a folding sofa bed.
The deluxe apartment is also about 50m2 in size. One bedroom has a double bed, the other one has two single beds, while the living room has a folding sofa bed.
All apartments have one air conditioner, except the standard apartment which has three, one in each room. All have internet and TV, the kitchens have a stove and large refrigerators with freezer, the bathrooms have shower cabins. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every four days. It is also possible to use the washing machine with a fee in agreement with the owner.
You can use the barbecue in the beautifully landscaped yard. Private parking does not exist, but there are plenty of parking spaces in front of and near the accommodation.
Sun beds and parasols are provided free of charge.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, Interesuje me da li imate slobodan neki apartman od 11.09? Takodje, nas je 7oro, 4 odrasla I imam sina koji ce tada imati 2,5 godine I blizance koji ce tada imati 6 meseci. Da li bi ste nam uopste izdali apartman I ima li razlike u veličini između njih. Vazno nam je da je kuhinja dobro opremljena, sto zbog nas, a uvodicu I hranu deci, 0a ima dosta kuvanja.
