Accommodation Akti 24 is situated in a tranquil and quaint village called Gerakini. It boasts a spacious and beautifully landscaped courtyard, abundant with greenery, and a private parking area. The nearest sandy beach is just 80 meters away.

The closest convenience store and restaurant are located 50 meters from the accommodation. A lengthy and sandy town beach, brimming with taverns and bars, as well as a larger supermarket and shops, can be found 1 kilometer from the accommodation.

This establishment comprises a complex of buildings and features one exquisite apartment (75m2) on the first floor, suitable for four individuals, with two bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a pull-out sofa.

The accommodation unit is air-conditioned and offers complimentary Wi-Fi internet, a television, insect screens, a spacious kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, a microwave, a four-burner stove with an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a fridge with a freezer. Apartment Akti 24 is located in Gerakini, Sithonia, on the first floor of a building.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi, and the windows and doors are secured with mosquito nets. The bedrooms consist of one French bed each.

The kitchen has a stove, a toaster, a coffee maker, a microwave, a large oven with four hotplates, as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer.
