This establishment comprises a complex of buildings and features one exquisite apartment (75m2) on the first floor, suitable for four individuals, with two bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a pull-out sofa.
The accommodation unit is air-conditioned and offers complimentary Wi-Fi internet, a television, insect screens, a spacious kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, a microwave, a four-burner stove with an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a fridge with a freezer. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, and a washing machine is also available.
Towel and bed linen replacement occurs every seven days, and guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation themselves.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

kucao sam u upitu za apartman 3 odrasle i dvoje djece 8 i 10 god u periodu od 8 do 15 jula ne prikazuje mi da je ima slobodan termin a kad ukucam 2 odrasle i 2 djece onda ima slobodno, da li mozete vi kontaktirati vlasnika da pitate za 3 odraslih i 2 djece u ovom terminu da li je moguce rezervisati?
