Akti 24 Apartment accommodation belongs to a truly unique complex of private apartments with direct access to a sandy beach located only 80 m away. The complex covers as much as 1.2 hectares, while the apartments occupy only a very small part of the area. Everything else consists of spacious lawns, trees, an olive grove, plenty of natural shade, open space, and private parking for the apartment owners and their guests. This is one of those complexes that are rarely found—with so much greenery, space, and direct access to the sea.
There are not many tourists in the complex. The apartments are mainly occupied by their owners, mostly Greeks, who have been spending their summers here for many years, since before the period of mass tourism development, while only a small number of apartments are rented to guests. Precisely because of this, the atmosphere is peaceful, pleasant, and family-oriented, without the crowds typical of large tourist complexes.
The owners maintain the complex with great care because they do not see it only as tourist accommodation, but as a place where they themselves spend their summers, year after year. For this reason, we truly believe that it is a privilege to stay here—in greenery and shade, among people who love and take care of this place.
The large and well-maintained yard leads directly to the beach, so you can leave the apartment for a swim wearing only your swimsuit, without driving, looking for parking, or carrying your belongings over a longer distance. The beach has coarser sand, the sea is crystal clear, and there is plenty of shallow water, making it suitable for families with children.
This is not an offer for guests whose highest priorities are new, luxurious, or designer accommodation and modern furniture. The apartments are functional, comfortable, and fully equipped for a longer stay, but they are not “fancy.” They are primarily intended for guests who value peace, comfort, privacy, greenery, natural shade, plenty of space, and the possibility of reaching the beach in just a few steps.
There are only a small number of apartments in the complex, making it an excellent choice for those who want a holiday in the true sense of the word—without large crowds, in a safe environment, with a huge yard, a well-maintained lawn, and direct access to the beach.

The complex is located about 2 km from the center of Gerakini. It is situated slightly outside the village itself, which is an additional advantage for guests whose priority is a peaceful holiday.
The owners furnished the apartments primarily for themselves, for staying throughout the summer and for longer holidays, so Akti 24 Apartment is also fully equipped for a longer stay.
The nearest shop and restaurant are located 50 m from the accommodation. The long sandy town beach, with taverns and beach bars, as well as a larger supermarket and shops, are located 1 km from the accommodation.
This is a complex of buildings, and the offered accommodation is one 75 m² apartment on the first floor with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has a sofa bed.
The accommodation unit is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi internet, TV, mosquito screens, a larger kitchen with all necessary utensils, a microwave oven, a stove with four hotplates and an oven, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator with a freezer. The bathroom has a shower cabin, and a washing machine is also available.
Towels and bed linen are changed every seven days, while the guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation themselves.
The apartment has two balconies with a partial sea view in the distance, as well as a view of the enclosed yard, which has a beautiful, well-maintained lawn, plenty of trees, and benches for sitting. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs.
This accommodation can be an excellent choice for guests who want a holiday in the true sense of the word and are looking for neat and safe accommodation in a peaceful environment, away from noise and crowds.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
