Gerakini Apartment is an excellent choice for the people in search of a holiday in a true sense of the word, right on the beach in Gerakini, with a huge yard and a lawn for children, in a safe environment, with shade and comfort. There is only one apartment for six people for rent, so privacy is guaranteed.
Gerakini Apartment is located on the private property of 25a! On this arranged area there are two buildings with private apartments, all owned by Greeks. Only two apartments are for rent. Sea another one hrere
The property is located right on the beach, and the Gerakini city center (with several markets, bakeries and tavernas) is about 2km away.
Gerakini Apartment (75m2) is located in a building closer to the sea, on the ground floor and it has a large balcony with a view of the greenery. All windows and doors are protected for additional safety if you like to sleep with open windows and doors at night. The apartment has been recently renovated, it's very clean and spacious enough for a longer stay. The bathroom is comfortable, with a shower tray, and the kitchen is large and fully equipped with dishes and utensils for preparing meals. It has a big refrigirator with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, stove, filter coffee machine, dining table and exit to the terrace. Whatever you might need, ask the pleasant owner who lives in the same building. The first bedroom has two single beds (which may be connected if necessary), large wardrobe, dining table and the exit onto the terrace. The second room has also two single beds, and like a living room it is with a TV and air conditioner. The third room has two single beds and a wardrobe. All rooms (three in total) are completely separated by the door and have privacy.
Guests can use several fans if necessary, although the owner says that it's never too warm in the apartment. A fan can also be used on the terrace if there are mosquitoes, but the hotel and camping (on both sides of the property) are spraying the mosquitoes, and according to her there are no mosquitoes. However, there are mosquito nets on all windows and doors. WiFi internet is available. The guests receive clean towels and bed linen and they replace them by themselves accordingly. They can also use a washing machine inside the kitchen. Cleaning and maintenance are up to the guests.
In the spacious courtyard that divides the apartment from the beach, there's plenty of shade under the olive trees and several fruits and fig trees available to the guests who spend most of their time in the shade of the yard instead of under the umbrellas on the beach. There's a shower, several fountains, a couple of toys for children, four sunbeds and two umbrellas, as well as enough parking space. There are two types of barbecue available - electric for the balcony as well as outdoor classic one.
The apartment is located at the exit from Gerakini (from the direction of Thessaloniki), right next to the Kouyoni camping. At the gate of the property is written AKTI 24. Because the owner has to open the gate, you need to call her on the phone or announce the exact time of arrival. Entrance to the property is allowed only to the owners and their guests and the gateway for cars is opened with remote control only. The property is fenced and safe.
We would recommend Gerakini Apartment to all who prefer a holiday in a quiet and beautifully landscaped location on the beach.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
