Accommodation Front Sea View is located in the small and peaceful village of Gerakini and can be an excellent choice for families with children as it features a spacious yard and direct access to the beach.

The nearest shop and restaurant are located about 50m from the accommodation, while the town beach, with taverns and bars, as well as a larger supermarket and shops, are about 1km away.

This 75m2 apartment is situated within the Akti 24 complex, on the second floor of the building, and can accommodate up to four people. It includes a double bed in one bedroom, while the other bedroom has two single beds.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, equipped with fans, TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a hairdryer, a spacious kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathroom features a shower cabin.

It also has a balcony furnished with a seating set, providing a view of the yard and a partial sea view.

As for parking, there is a parking space within the accommodation, and the gate for car access can only be opened with a remote control. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. Within the fenced and landscaped yard, guests have access to a children’s playground, a basketball court, and a covered gazebo with benches.

Guests enter a clean accommodation, and during their stay, they are responsible for maintaining its cleanliness. They will be provided with clean towels and bed linen which they can change themselves, as needed.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
