Front Sea View Apartment belongs to a truly unique complex of private apartments with direct access to a sandy beach. The complex covers as much as 1.2 hectares, while the apartments occupy only a very small part of the area. Everything else consists of spacious lawns, trees, an olive grove, plenty of natural shade, open space, and private parking for the apartment owners and their guests. This is one of those complexes that are rarely found—with so much greenery, space, and direct access to the sea.
There are not many tourists in the complex. The apartments are mainly occupied by their owners, mostly Greeks, who have been spending their summers here for many years, since before the period of mass tourism development, while only a small number of apartments are rented to guests. Precisely because of this, the atmosphere is peaceful, pleasant, and family-oriented, without the crowds typical of large tourist complexes.
The owners maintain the complex with great care because they do not see it only as tourist accommodation, but as a place where they themselves spend their summers, year after year. For this reason, we truly believe that it is a privilege to stay here—in greenery and shade, among people who love and take care of this place.
The large and well-maintained yard leads directly to the beach, so you can leave the apartment for a swim wearing only your swimsuit, without driving, looking for parking, or carrying your belongings over a longer distance. The beach has coarser sand, the sea is crystal clear, and there is plenty of shallow water, making it suitable for families with children.
This is not an offer for guests whose highest priorities are new, luxurious, or designer accommodation and modern furniture. The apartments are functional, comfortable, and fully equipped for a longer stay, but they are not “fancy.” They are primarily intended for guests who value peace, comfort, privacy, greenery, natural shade, plenty of space, and the possibility of reaching the beach in just a few steps.
There are only a small number of apartments in the complex, making it an excellent choice for those who want a holiday in the true sense of the word—without large crowds, in a safe environment, with a huge yard, a well-maintained lawn, and direct access to the beach.

The complex is located about 2 km from the center of Gerakini. It is situated slightly outside the village itself, which is an additional advantage for guests whose priority is a peaceful holiday.
The owners furnished the apartments primarily for themselves, for staying throughout the summer and for longer holidays, so Front Sea View Apartment is also fully equipped for a longer stay.
The nearest shop and restaurant are located about 50 m from the accommodation, while the town beach, with taverns and beach bars, as well as a larger supermarket and shops, are located about 1 km away.
This apartment (75 m²) is located within the Akti 24 complex, on the second floor of the building. It has a double bed in one bedroom, while the other bedroom has two single beds.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and features fans, TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a hair dryer, a spacious kitchen equipped with all necessary kitchenware, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower cabin.
It also has a balcony furnished with a seating set, offering a view of the yard and a side sea view.
As for parking, a parking space is provided within the accommodation, and the gate for vehicle access can only be opened with a remote control. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Within the fenced and landscaped yard, guests have access to a children’s playground, a basketball court, and a covered summer pavilion with benches.
Guests enter a clean accommodation, and during their stay they are responsible for maintaining its cleanliness themselves. Clean towels and bed linen will be provided, and guests replace them themselves, as needed.

The accommodation is located on the second floor, approximately 100 meters from the beach. The beach can only be used by guests of the accommodation, which was a source of my delight as there are never any crowds. The accommodation is phenomenal; everything is in its place, the kitchen is connected to the living room, and there are two large exits to a spacious terrace. The owner of the apartment is exceptional and readily available if anything is needed. The location of the apartment is about 3-4 kilometers from the center of Gerakini, so it was a bit far to stock up on necessary groceries, although there is a small supermarket in the nearby campsite that is well-stocked. Prices are reasonable. The only thing we missed was a beach set, as the accommodation does not have its own for use. Perhaps the owner could consider providing two umbrellas and four sun loungers in the future. Nearby the accommodation, there are two beach bars that are a bit pricier. The yard is fantastically spacious for activities with children, featuring swings and climbing structures, as well as a small basketball court that could use some tidying up. There are also three exercise stations for those who wish to work out a bit. There is no designated parking in the yard, but cars can be parked in the shade, as there is plenty of beautiful greenery, although a proper parking area for cars would be a good addition.
