Serenity By The Sea Homes is located in the picturesque resort of Gerakini, in the very heart of Halkidiki, and is an ideal choice for all those looking for peace, proximity to the sea and coast, as well as natural surroundings. Its biggest advantage is the spacious yard that leads you directly to the sandy beach. The accommodation is located on a slight elevation from which there is an enchanting view of the sea, greenery and mountains in the distance and is perfect for everyone who likes a relaxing holiday in a pleasant and homely environment.
This building has three apartments. The first apartment is located on the first floor and contains two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room. It can accommodate a maximum of five adults. In the first bedroom there is a double bed, in the second two beds for one person, while in the living room there is a sofa suitable for one person. The second apartment, located on the ground floor, is ideal for a smaller number of guests - it can accommodate a maximum of three adults. It has one bedroom, as well as a kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom. The bedroom has two joined beds for one person, while the living room has one sofa. The third apartment is also on the first floor and is intended for a maximum of five adults. It consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the other two beds for one person.
All apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with wireless WiFi, TVs and hair dryers. The kitchen is functionally arranged and equipped with basic appliances in all apartments: the first apartment has a small stove with three hotplates and a small oven, the second has a small stove with two hotplates and a small oven, while the third has a large stove with four hotplates and a large oven. Two apartments have a standard fridge with freezer compartment, while the third has a large fridge with freezer. All apartments have a kettle and a coffee machine, while the first and second apartments also have a toaster.
All three accommodation units have their own private screened-in veranda, ideal for sipping your morning coffee, dining under the stars or relaxing in the shade in the afternoon. The veranda offers a view of the garden, the surrounding greenery and the sea, which completes the sense of tranquility that the accommodation offers. The yard is landscaped, fenced and safe, and given the slope of the terrain, each veranda acts as a natural extension of the interior space.
Pets are allowed and free of charge. This openness towards pets makes the accommodation suitable for families who do not want to be separated from their faithful companions during their vacation.
At Serenity By The Sea Homes, guests independently maintain the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every seven days and are included in the price.
There is a free public parking space in front of the property, which is quite appropriate given the quiet and peaceful neighborhood in which the accommodation is located. Guests do not have to worry about seat availability.
In the immediate vicinity of Serenity by the Sea Homes there are local shops, bakeries, taverns and cafes. Gerakini is located on the coast of the Gulf of Toron, between the peninsula of Kassandra and Sithonia. Its beach is famous for its white sand and crystal clear water, perfect for families and lovers of peaceful swimming. In the immediate vicinity, about 5 km to the east, is the village of Psakoudia, a small resort with a very nice beach surrounded by a pine forest, ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. The airport in Thessaloniki is approximately 67 km away, which allows guests to get there easily even when traveling by public transport.

We had an exceptionally wonderful time. Landlady Maria was incredibly kind to us. The proximity to the beach and the view of the sea were breathtaking. We will definitely return again.

- Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
- Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
