Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Kalamitsi Small House is located in a peaceful place in Kalamitsi, at the very south of Sithonia, a perfect choice for those seeking a relaxed and quiet vacation, far from the crowds of larger and more popular resorts. The house is situated in an exceptional location, just 80 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Greece.
The studio on the ground floor is ideal for families with two children, as it includes a double bed and bunk beds.
Guests have at their disposal air conditioning, free WiFi, TV, hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with three burners and a small oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a toaster.
Enjoy pleasant morning and evening moments on the veranda overlooking the yard, equipped with a seating area. In the spacious and well-maintained yard, you can prepare a barbecue with your family and friends and enjoy complete peace.
Small pets are allowed to stay upon request and at no additional charge.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every four days. Guests are provided with a parking space within the yard.
Kalamitsi Small House is located 16 km from Sarti, 15 km from Toroni, while the airport in Thessaloniki is 143 km away.

Pozdrav, zanima me smestaj sa odvojenim spavacim sobama, 4 ljudi beba i mali pas. Ukoliko osim ovog smestaja imate u ponudi nesto sto odgovara ovim zahtevima, molim Vas posaljite mi na mail. Idealnan bi bio smestaj na plazi nije obavezno da bude na Halkidikiju moze i Lefkada. Hvala
