Zeta's Summer House is located in Kalamitsi, a small and peaceful village in the southern part of Sithonia, 220m away from the beach of the same name, known for its sandy shores and considered one of the most beautiful in the entire peninsula. Along the beach, less than a two-minute walk from the accommodation, there are mini markets, taverns, and bars.
The nearest store is located 100m away from the accommodation, within the Tsitreli camp.
This two-level maisonette comprises three bedrooms and is designed to accommodate up to seven people. The lower level, situated in the basement, features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double and a single bed. The entrance to the accommodation is on the upper level, at the level of the first floor, where you can find a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a third bedroom with a double bed. Guests can enjoy their time on one of the two balconies, at the front or back, equipped with seating sets.
Within this air-conditioned apartment, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with a stove with a large oven and four burners, and a large refrigerator with a freezer. Toys, a crib, and a high chair are available for children. Pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Upon request, towels and bed linen are changed, and units are cleaned once during the stay. Additional cleaning is available at an extra charge.
In the enclosed courtyard, shared among several apartments, there is natural shade, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue.
Guests can park their vehicles behind the accommodation, in the parking lot.
Coming from Thessaloniki, when you reach Kalamitsi beach, continue driving down the street with taverns and bars, then turn left next to the Porto Kalamitsi beach bar. Continue straight towards the Tsitreli camp, then turn right, followed by an immediate left, and after 60m you will see Zeta's Summer House on your right - it is the last house on the street, before turning right towards the parking lot.
If you are looking for accommodation within walking distance from the beach and all amenities, suitable for large families, and fully equipped for independent living, then Zeta's Summer House could be a good choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
