Anastazia Villa is located in the small and tranquil village of Kalamitsi, in the southernmost part of Sithonia, which is an excellent choice for those seeking a peaceful and relaxed vacation, far away from the crowds and noise that may be found in some larger and more popular locations, just 190m from one of the most beautiful beaches in all of northern Greece.
The accommodation is a duplex structure on two levels and can accommodate up to seven people. On the first level (basement level) there are two bedrooms, while on the second level (first floor level) there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, bedrooms, and a bathroom.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
