Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Anastasia House is located in a tranquil part of Kalamitsi, 150m away from the highly popular beach of this charming town. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay, and the gracious owner is always available to her guests.
The accommodation is also 150m away from the promenade, taverns, and shops.
The house consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and three bedrooms. Upon entering the house, you will encounter the living room with a corner sofa. From the living room, you enter the first bedroom with a double bed. The bedroom has a door, but the ceiling is open and connected to the living room. This bedroom has its own terrace. On the lower level of the house, in the basement accessed by stairs from the living room, there are two more bedrooms separated by doors. One has a double bed, while the other has a double bed and a sofa bed for two.
The kitchen is integrated into the living room and equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove, a kettle, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, and necessary utensils. The bathroom is located on the first floor of the house and features a shower cabin and a washing machine.
In front of the house entrance, there is a balcony with a table and chairs.
The house is air-conditioned (two air conditioning units, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom on the first floor), has a TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, and the owners can provide a baby cot if needed.
The accommodation includes a small, fenced, and paved courtyard with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. The accommodation does not have private parking, but guests can park in the public parking lot behind the house.
