Hotel Description

Juliya House is an accommodation located in Metamorfosi city center, close to the beach and city park. The house is surrounded by greenery, it’s not new - but it’s regularly and well-maintained. The accommodation units are comfortable and decently equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The property is located above the city park, across the pinewood, 100m from the sandy-pebble beach. Shops, bakeries, taverns and the entire tourist offer are all within a walking distance, just a short walk away.

They offer four spacious apartments with two bedrooms, two on the high ground floor (N2 and N3) and two on the first floor (N1 and N4). The apartments can accommodate up to four or five persons and consist of two bedrooms, a living room with dining area and an equipped kitchen (stove, large refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, dishes and utensils), bathroom and a balcony. The apartments (N1, N2, N3) have one double, two single and one sofa bed, while the apartment (N4) has a double bed and two single beds. Apartment N4 is not available for online booking at the moment.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned and spacious, with a TV, internet and a washing machine. The bathroom has a glass shower cabin or shower tray with curtain. The balconies are equipped with seating sets and drying racks and, in addition to the surrounding greenery view, they have a partial, side sea view. A baby cot is available upon request. The guests themselves maintain the hygiene of the apartments, and clean bed linen and towels are available on request.

Accommodation has no yard, so guests can park across the street on a public parking in the shade of pines.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
