As previously described, the accommodation is not new, but the owner maintains the apartment exceptionally well. Everything was clean and fragrant when we arrived. It was comfortable for two adults and three small children. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds. One smaller, the other larger. A spacious terrace overlooking the pine forest (where you can park your car, it wasn't crowded in September) and a side view of the sea. The apartment has everything needed for a stay - plenty of clean towels, bed linens, and pillows. The kitchen features a large refrigerator, stove, and some small appliances - a kettle, a blender, and enough dishes. There is also a hairdryer, chess set, and a mosquito repellent device. One set of terrace doors does not have a proper screen, while the other doors and kitchen window do. The bathroom has a lower ceiling compared to the rest of the space. The shower is cramped, and the curtain is awkwardly positioned, causing water to spill. The TV only has YouTube. There is plenty of storage space, a large wardrobe, drawers, shelves, and nightstands... We are satisfied with the apartment.

I concur with others who have only words of praise for the accommodation. In short, cleanliness, comfort, excellent apartment amenities, the owners' kindness, and the location are significant advantages. What I found lacking was a bit more freshness in the property, as the terrace is quite sunlit, and despite the awning, it can get hot in the evenings, making it difficult to ventilate the room without air conditioning, thus requiring adaptation to the slightly higher nighttime temperatures. Additionally, the street noise is somewhat louder. Despite the mentioned issues, we were extremely satisfied with the accommodation. I highly recommend it.

A comfortable and spacious accommodation located in the very center of Metamorphosis, in a tranquil area free from noise. All amenities in the apartment were excellent, and nothing was lacking. The owner of the accommodation was polite and helpful, ready to assist with anything you might need. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The accommodation is, as stated, decently furnished and situated in a beautiful location. The kindness of the owner and her unobtrusiveness are commendable. The place itself is lovely and clean, making it an ideal base for exploring Sithonia. If you do not enjoy the scent of pine trees, waking up to the chirping of birds, and the orchestra of crickets, this may not be the place for you.

We are delighted with both the accommodation and the location. We have never had a better time ❤️. In the town itself, everyone makes an effort to assist you, and many understand Serbian. The accommodation is centrally located, with everything close at hand. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and tidy; everything is of the highest standard. The only downside is that it is situated on the main street, so if noise bothers you, I wouldn't recommend it, as there is no absolute silence.

We enjoyed our stay at Juliya House as a couple with two children aged 3 and 2. Metamorfoza is a beautiful place for kids. Apartment number 2 at Juliya House is spacious, featuring two separate bedrooms along with a dining area connected to the kitchen. In August 2023, we stayed in apartment N1 on the first floor. The apartment has been renovated and is fully furnished as depicted in the photos (new washing machine, large stove, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, new beds, television, ...). The bathroom is small but functional; the only drawback is the shower curtain that doesn't stay in place, requiring some cleaning after showering. The terrace is spacious with a side view of the sea, and there is a faucet with red water. Parking is available in the shade of pine trees right in front of the apartment, which is practically in the center of the town. The owner is friendly. Drawbacks: 1. Very noisy people passing under the terrace when returning from walks, so the terrace must be closed at least until 2 PM if you wish to sleep. 2. Poor internet, as is generally the case outside large cities. 3. Beaches in the area have large stones in the water.

The accommodation is located close to all the events in Metamorfosis, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, luna park, restaurants, and shops. The apartment is beautifully furnished, with plenty of little details, and the kitchen is also excellently equipped. The beach is relatively nearby, but it is in very poor condition, as if it were not located on Sithonia.

The owner is making an effort; the bathroom is new, but due to the age of the building, we encountered issues with animals. We noticed a mouse in the kitchen; I assume the owner is aware of this since she has five cats that she keeps and feeds in the accommodation, specifically in the building's hallway. We also had a visit from a badger due to the proximity of the forest. So, if you are not squeamish about various creatures, feel free to come!

During the second half of June, air conditioning is not needed at all, and a pleasant breeze always blows on the terrace, allowing one to sit outside all day long. Overall, we are very satisfied.

The apartments at Julia House are the finest.

Juliya's house - in fact, it is an apartment located in a charming authentic Greek coastal building, featuring a spacious kitchen and dining area, along with two bedrooms each equipped with a French bed. Both bedrooms open onto a very comfortable terrace that offers a frontal view of the pine forest, while the side view overlooks the sea and the amusement park. The church, shop, bakery, promenade, and restaurants are just a minute's walk away. An excellent choice for a family of four.

The accommodation is located near the beach, it is exceptionally clean and equipped with all necessary amenities (washing machine, iron, hairdryer, dishes...). The terrace overlooks the park, making it always pleasant to stay there. The bathroom is somewhat cramped, and there is a lack of a wardrobe in one of the rooms... All in all, it is quite decent and comfortable.

We have just returned from our vacation, where we stayed at Julija house. The accommodation was comfortable, and the five of us did not feel cramped at all. However, the change of bedding was almost non-existent, and if you request it from the owner, you receive it to change it yourself, with questionable cleanliness. The apartment was not cleaned even once in the 15 days. Admittedly, we cleaned the room daily from the sand brought in on our feet and clothes from the beach, but no one entered the bathroom or other areas to tidy up. The apartment has a side view of the sea, but it is located on a fairly busy street from early morning, so you do not have peace. There is a noticeable musty smell, especially in the wardrobe, so airing it out was a constant task. Metamorfosi is a small place, and the beach is nothing special, but the staff at Nikana had already warned us about that, so we were prepared. The location is excellent for exploring Sithonia, and it is also close to Thessaloniki, so the decision to vacation there was a good one. All in all, I would rate Julija house a three.
